IMPORTANT: In response to the Coronavirus, this apartment has strengthened its cleaning and disinfection measures to ensure the safety of our guests. This comfortable apartment is located in a building of only 3 apartments in first line of the beach Cala Montgo in L'Escala. The apartment is 50 m2 with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 singles beds and 1 sofa bed) and 1 bathroom. The living room, kitchen and terrace have a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. There is Wi-fi and air conditioning. The exit must be at 10 am max. The apartment must be left CLEAN and in VERY GOOD STATE. These are the terms of the rent contract. This will prevent bail retention. The fridge and cupboards must be EMPTY of food and drink, and CLEAN. The rubbishes (kitchen & bathroom) must be EMPTY. The crockery must be CLEAN and in the cupboards. The sheets and towels must be removed and put in the washing machine. The sand must be left on the beach and not in the apartment. It’s not the case, thank you to VACUUM it before your departure. Thank you for respecting the housekeeper.

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.
