L´appartement de 50 m2 dispose de 2 chambres (1 lit double, 1 lit superposé et 1 canapé lit) et 1 salle de bains. Le salon, cuisine et la terrasse ont une vue magnifique sur la mer. L´appartement est lumineux et bien équipé, avec Wi-Fi et l'air conditionné. Vous avez accès à tout le logement. L'appartement est équipé pour faciliter le confort : oreillers, couvertures, plaque céramique, four/micro-ondes, grille-pain, Nespresso, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, TV. Le linge de toilette et les draps sont inclus dans le prix. Location uniquement du samedi au samedi en juillet et aout. Les arrivées se font à partir de 16h et les départs, au maximum, à 10h. Lors de l'arrivée un état des lieux sera réalisé ainsi qu'un inventaire. Il est posible de fumer uniquement sur la terrasse. Ceux-ci sont les conditions du contrat de location. L’appartement doit être rendu PROPRE et dans un TRÈS BON ÉTAT. Cela évitera que des retenues sur la caution ne lui soient appliquées. Le frigo et les placards doivent être VIDÉS de toute nourriture et boisson, et PROPRES. Le frigo doit être propre. Les poubelles (cuisine et salle de bains) doivent être VIDÉES. La vaisselle doit être PROPRE et RANGÉE. Les draps et serviettes doivent être enlevé et mis devant la machine à laver. Le sable doit rester sur la page. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.
