Coll d’es Pi, is a paradise of 60,000m2 in the Sierra de Tramontana (World Heritage Site) where time stands still. Its terrace overlooking the sea and mountains will hypnotize you and at night you can contemplate the most starry nights of the whole island. The house has 350m2 with capacity for 9 people: 5 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fireplace, heating, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Pool with chill out. Children's game room,tree House. Large common outdoor areas. Air conditoner in each room.

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
