It is a nice and cozy ground floor, located in a small typical Mediterranean urbanization. It is a 60m apartment distributed in a living room with a kitchenette, terrace, bedroom and bathroom. There is private parking. It is one of the quietest areas of the Alicante coast and one of the most requested in Cabo de las Huertas. From the development there is direct beach access and two beach options, you will find Cabo on the right and the sandy beach of San Juan a few meters away on the left.
