Vivere sul mare.

Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

Our home is located in Santa Fe, a popular coastal neighbourhood in the West of Havana, nearby Marina Hemingway, 30 minutes by car from Old Havana. In our neighbourhood we practice snorkeling and wind surfing. The house has three levels and is fully air-conditioned. We have a spacious terrace with nice views of the ocean and the sunset. We included everything necessary for a breakfast.

Idania is de beste host die ik tot nu hebt gehad tijdens het reizen, we kwamen 2 uur in de nacht aan de douanne heeft ons vastgehouden tot 3 uur snachts toch hebben ze op ons gewacht en veilig naar appartement gebracht. plek was schoon, buurt was rustig, vlak bij de zee, je kan eten, drinken. geweldig. Idanie heeft zelf simkaart voor ons geregeld dat we internet op straat hadden, ook al moest ik naar een andere appartement daarna mocht ik de simkaart van haar lenen. Deze vrouw heeft ons me5 alles geholpen. Top vrouw. Love u Idania.

As usual, the house is in immaculate condition as usual, as described in the ad and for what you’re getting for the price unbeatable and it’s not my first time, I’ve stayed there, and I will be definitely renting in the future again I would like to say thank you to Marily and her husband Paul. Si me piden describir con una palabra mi experiencia en casa de Mayte, sería ESPECTACULAR.. Mayte y su esposo son excelentes anfitriones, personas de muy buen corazón y responsables. Me sentí muy segura en su casa. La limpieza es extrema, ella mantiene todo muy bien y piensa en los detalles para hacer la vida de los visitantes muy fácil.. las condiciones perfectas, aire acondicionado, agua caliente, todo exactamente como en la descripción..el lugar muy céntrico, donde rodean buenos restaurantes y tiendas. Gracias Mayte. Sin duda clienta y amiga fiel.

hola!nuestra experiencia fue estupenda...nos quedamos ahí por que teníamos unos amigos cerca, está pegado a la 5ta avenida y te puedes desplazar andando a la marina y algún restaurante o coger trasporte hasta la Habana...te facilitan todo... volveremos sin dudarlo
