Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host, Mer was also very responsive and accommodating, and Ms. Ann the caretaker was there ensuring we had everything we needed. The unit is clean and comfy. The location is great if you want to stroll to their malls since it is just a walking distance from their place. The host/owner is super considerate and understanding especially in our request to extend our time of stay. Easy to talk to.

Staying in at Pearl’s place was favorable for me since my school is in Liceo and I needed a place to stay for the meantime, so it was really near. The place could be really improved like addition of important gadgets like a microwave, putting some additional sheet or bed just incase. Then improve the pin for the door since the combination is very generic. Nevertheless, I think these factors can br adjusted and improved. So I will still say that I can visit her place again. Pearl is not easy to communicate here in the app too since she’s in Canada but she tries her best to meet halfway. Like communicating in the green app instead and compensating for the hassle. I respect her professionalism.

Kristianne was very flexible with my requests and very accommodating especially since our flight was delayed so we got into the city quite late. She stayed up to make sure that we had gotten everything we needed for the check in and I love that it is a digital lock and the door looked very sturdy as well. We felt quite safe in their unit also since I had my daughter with me. We loved the space, especially with the tv and the sound system which my daughter enjoyed and the coffee that our host thoughtfully left. Check in was a breeze and no issues. My daughter and I loved the bed also in this airbnb. If we didn't have so many things to do, we would have probably just laid in bed to relax all the time. This unit was also very clean and well kept and the bathroom was really nice and spacious. We did really enjoy our time here for the weekend and the cute balcony was an added plus. Thanks Kristianne

The unit is spacious. We were able to setup our baby’s crib in the bedroom. We had enough beddings which is really good because we were able to sleep well. Downside lang is yung internet, medyo mahina sya so we needed to use our own mobile data inside the unit.

The location of her place is excellent. It's beside a mall and also near an airport shuttle service. The place itself is exactly as described in photos. It's very spacious for three people. The places is also generally clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. Wifi was very fast. We also appreciate the free water and coffee provided. Overall, we had a very good stay!

Recently stayed at this condo unit for 7 nights, and it was an absolute delight! The space was impeccably clean, making it a refreshing and comfortable place to unwind. The kitchen was well-designed and spacious, making meal prep effortless and enjoyable, which me, myself really love cooking! I love that there are trash bins all over the place and a separate food waste bin! Beyond the unit itself, Mam Majoy, the owner was fantastic—approachable, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. Any inquiries or requests were handled with efficiency and warmth, which added to the overall positive experience. For a week-long stay, comfort and convenience are key, and this unit delivered on both. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!
