Located above Lake Calceranica, within walking distance, from which you can take beautiful walks in the countryside, Lake Levico is 6 km away, Panarotta is 18 km away, a ski center, Pergine is 5 km away and Trento is 12 km away.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The apartment is 70 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione for the summer .. 40 km from the starred city of Palmanova and towards the border of Slovenia is Cividale del Friuli known for the Longobardi. Closer to 9 km are Gemona del Friuli and Venzone. For winter the ski areas are the Zoncolan 35km , Tarvisio 45km and Nassfeld
