A 10 min dal Lago di Braies

L'appartamento si trova a 2 km dal centro del paese di Monguelfo, all'interno di un antico maso recentemente ristrutturato. Nel periodo invernale, ottima posizione per gli appassionati di sci di fondo e di sci alpino. A 5 minuti dall'anello della Val di Casies e dal Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco. A 15 min dagli impianti del Plan de Corones e di Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 min raggiungerete il lago di Braies e Dobbiaco, in 15 min San Candido e Valdaora, e in 20 min sarete Brunico.

The Corte del Drago is an eighteenth-century cottage restored to its former glory thanks to the use of ancient materials and techniques. Breathe in the history and harmony of nature, where the strength of stone, the warmth of wood, and the elegance of metal will accompany you on an unforgettable experience. The property was renovated at the end of 2024 and is divided into 3 accommodation facilities owned by us. Each apartment is independent and equipped with a parking space.

Possibility to use the bicycles, one pedal-assisted, for visits to the lake and surroundings, including the famous Certosa di Vedana.

Beautiful apartment furnished in a traditional way to guarantee the true atmosphere of the farm of yesteryear, but with all modern comforts. Highly functional kitchen, dishwasher, living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom and half bathroom. Located in front of a beautiful pond. Includes cleaning and linen change every third day, excluding kitchenette. A fenced and private dog area (620 square meters) is available and included in the price. Outdoor barbecue available.

The apartment is 70 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione for the summer .. 40 km from the starred city of Palmanova and towards the border of Slovenia is Cividale del Friuli known for the Longobardi. Closer to 9 km are Gemona del Friuli and Venzone. For winter the ski areas are the Zoncolan 35km , Tarvisio 45km and Nassfeld
