The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

The Lake House is a building that was completely renovated in 2021. The house overlooks a lakefront lawn at the entrance to the bike path and enjoys an excellent view of the lake and the Three Peaks of Lavaredo. The accommodation is on one level and is located on the ground floor. The apartment offers you an intimate, fully equipped kitchen-living room. The only bedroom has a double bed. A third standard bed is also available.

It is one minute from a beautiful beach on Lake Caldonazzo. It includes private access with the possibility of car parking and an outdoor terrace with a bbq. The house is new, and some secondary finishes will be gradually completed.
