Far from the noise and the crowd, with the woods just a few meters away and the large garden that surrounds it, it is the ideal place to regenerate. The right place for families and mountain enthusiasts who want to discover the Dolomites. My husband Diego, mountain guide and ski instructor will be happy to provide advice and itineraries to make the most of your holiday.

A 10 min dal Lago di Braies

L'appartamento si trova a 2 km dal centro del paese di Monguelfo, all'interno di un antico maso recentemente ristrutturato. Nel periodo invernale, ottima posizione per gli appassionati di sci di fondo e di sci alpino. A 5 minuti dall'anello della Val di Casies e dal Nordic Arena di Dobbiaco. A 15 min dagli impianti del Plan de Corones e di Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 min raggiungerete il lago di Braies e Dobbiaco, in 15 min San Candido e Valdaora, e in 20 min sarete Brunico.

The Corte del Drago is an eighteenth-century cottage restored to its former glory thanks to the use of ancient materials and techniques. Breathe in the history and harmony of nature, where the strength of stone, the warmth of wood, and the elegance of metal will accompany you on an unforgettable experience. The property was renovated at the end of 2024 and is divided into 3 accommodation facilities owned by us. Each apartment is independent and equipped with a parking space.

Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Living room with sofa, armchair, and TV. Terrace with a small table and chairs. Outside, there is a gazebo with a table and benches. Possibility to use the bicycles, one pedal-assisted, for visits to the lake and surroundings, including the famous Certosa di Vedana.

Farmhouse Apartment 7, Renon

Beautiful apartment furnished in a traditional way to guarantee the true atmosphere of the farm of yesteryear, but with all modern comforts. Highly functional kitchen, dishwasher, living area with sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom and half bathroom. Magnificent private terrace facing southwest, overlooking the Bolzano valley and offering a priceless view! Dogs are welcome, we ask for a supplement of €15.00 per night to be paid upon departure.

Large room with double bed, also available with single beds and small balcony. Another room with single beds window, also available with a double bed. Free outdoor parking is available for guests in a reserved space or in the town square.

Beautiful wooden cabin with double bed, bathroom, kitchenette (fridge, cutlery, plates and cups included), WiFi, TV, private parking... located in a large private garden of a villa. 100m from the Dolomites cycle path. Located in front of a beautiful pond. Includes cleaning and linen change every third day, excluding kitchenette. A fenced and private dog area (620 square meters) is available and included in the price. Outdoor barbecue available.

Panoramic apartment in the Dolomites

Typical mountain house, centrally located a few hundred meters from the main square of Auronzo di Cadore and next to all services (shops, church, museum, public transport) but, at the same time, in an isolated position at the edge of a forest of centuries-old fir trees. Set on a raised hill, it dominates the whole town and enjoys an excellent view of Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the most famous peaks of Sesto Dolomites that surround the town.

È ad un minuto da una bellissima spiaggia sul lago di Caldonazzo. Comprende accesso privato con possibilità di parcheggio macchina e terrazzo esterno con bbq. La casa è nuova e alcune finiture secondarie verranno via via ultimate.
