This 280 m² house on 2900 m² of land is located on the heights of Arreau, a 5-min walk from the village center with a 360° view of the Arbizon mountains, the Col d'Aspin etc. It is located 10 min from the Saint-Lary cable cars, 10 min from Lake Loudenvielle and Balnéa, 20 min from Peyressourde/Peyragudes and Val Louron, at the foot of the Col d'Aspin. It has a large south-facing terrace and parking for cars.

Very nice apartment of about 70 m² located in the heart of the village of Arreau, on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a pretty Auroise house. Arreau offers all the shops and services needed on a daily basis as well as a weekly market. You can enjoy the village's entertainment (July 14, spit cake festival, Tour de France...) but also indulge in the joys of the mountains (walks, hikes, canyoning and of course skiing!), and easily get to Spain.

La Grange de Coumes between Arreau and Loudenvielle

Nestled between the Aure and Louron valleys, this secluded barn offers you peace and quiet while being close to Loudenvielle and Saint-Lary. Access will be on foot, on a path of about 300 meters. Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located 20 minutes from the Pyrenees National Park and at the crossroads of 4 ski resorts and many forest roads suitable for walking or mountain biking. The river flows down the garden and the GR passes through the village, close to the house. Games for all ages and baby equipment can easily be lent to you.
