The cottage is 300 m away from the center of the picturesque village of Cacica, where the Cacica Mine and the Minor Basilica Church of Cacica are located. The cottage has a capacity of 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 children and has a living room with sofa bed (2 adults) and sleeping floor (2 adults or 3 children) kitchen and bathroom, all fully furnished.

Accesibil pt a face o excursie catre Manastirile Sucevita, Putna, traseul Palma.

Casele de azi sunt făcute din lemn, cărămidă, bolțari sau alte materiale de construcții. Casele de pe vremuri sunt făcute din povești. Așa e și Casa Străbunicului. În Pârteștii de Sus, în spatele unei porți din lemn, stau laolaltă trecutul și prezentul. O casă veche, o șură veche și o casă nouă. Toate la un loc poartă numele de `Casa Străbunicului`. Un proiect care își propune să îi ajute pe oamenii din ziua de azi să se reconecteze cu trecutul.
