A place very close to the historic center. It's easy to get around. Very well-kept and beautiful space, with everything you need to spend a few days. The garage of the residence is a little tight, not recommended for larger vehicles, but it is easy to park on the street.

Diedre's house is much more beautiful than the ad. The decoration is extremely tasteful, everything is very clean and organized. Clean linens and a warm shower. The location is excellent, the condominium is safe and the view is wonderful. Diedre is a super host, more than a super host, always concerned. I can't help but mention our surprise when we arrived and had a delicious chocolate cake and coffee ready. I appreciate all the kindness shown to me and my family. We will definitely return to this paradise more often ❤️

Thalita was extremely kind and proactive from the first moment of contact. He responded super fast. We had problems with a lack of water in the house, but they were always promptly resolved and attended to. We will return more often for sure.

The house is wonderful, within nature and with an incredible view. We were super welcomed by the host. It was wonderful and we will be back for sure.

We went with 4 friends and the house exceeded our expectations! It is simple but very tasteful, spacious, everything very clean and organized, fully equipped and functional kitchen, great bathrooms, very nice outdoor space. The view from the house is wonderful and whoever stays on the balcony can see a show of hummingbirds all day. We were very well received by the housekeeper Tânia, who was super helpful at all times. I highly recommend it! The only caveat is that it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility due to ramp access and many steps. For us it was no problem and we had help recommended by Tania on arrival to carry the luggage and food. Picinguaba is a very special place, we fell in love. It is also located between two wonderful beaches, Camburi and Fazenda, with very easy access by car.

The house is simply wonderful. Clearly an old and traditional Paraty house, very well maintained and very charming. The location is an ideal mix between being close to the bustling historic downtown area, shops and restaurants, and at the same time far enough away for the street to be quiet and not too busy. Both Luan and Dona Izaura, who welcomed us, were very friendly. I will certainly stay with them again if I return to Paraty

It was an amazing stay and extremely popular with the family, I am so happy I booked! The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well-equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well kept and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, in the midst of lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Good, wonderful apartment, comfortable, as advertised, everything impeccable, good location, Soraia always quick to respond, always there to help, I highly recommend this apartment, I would definitely come back again.

The house is perfect! It is very complete, it has everything, it is well located in the condominium, with easy access to the highway! The house's gardening is beautiful and integrated with nature, this place is peaceful! Suzana gave several tips and was always helpful! We had an amazing experience at Sitio dos Tucanos. The place is beautiful, cozy and in extremely good taste. Incredibly well-equipped. It has great kitchen utensils, all the electronics. The room is cozy, firewood was available for the fireplace, blankets were available in the room. The bathrooms are a show apart, with towel warmers and bath products available. The host responds quickly and is always willing to help. The bedroom bed and all the linens are excellent. The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and a deck for exercising and enjoying some sun. I took my little dog Gaya and she loved it because we did the trail that is behind the house with a breathtaking view. We also enjoyed the Lavandário de Cunha, which is a few kilometers away and is a must-see. The restaurants in the area are wonderful and super easy to access. We count the days to go back.

I had the pleasure of being in this paradise, I have no words to describe every experience that I had an extremely comfortable house is exactly how the photos the walk is a little tiresome because it is quite steep but it is very worth it, Oriana has received us very well in fact, all of us in trinity welcomed us very much choice of things to do in the village, I recommend to know Galetas beach the waterfall of the stone that swallows the beach and the natural pool of the cachadaço is great the middle beach is very nice to stay, it was with a child of 2 years and managed to do a lot of things. The house was the real charm of the trip, thank you Oriana

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even though he was far away, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

A peaceful paradise, with an incredible view and a beautiful, very well-equipped chalet! It's the kind of place that becomes the city's attraction. We preferred to stay more in the chalet to enjoy the space than to explore the city so much. Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful...

Glass cabin surrounded by nature, to the sound of the river, birds, wind. Wonderful place. Cozy, with privacy, an unforgettable experience sleeping and waking up and living surrounded by nature. The Cabana is extremely comfortable, beautiful and well cared for. Rogério is always very helpful and available. We'll be back for sure.

really nice place, nice setting amongst the forest. bit if a walk into town maybe 15 mins and quite hilly, didn't bother us but just something to be aware of. really nice hearing the waves crash at night. great value for money and Lucas was a great help along the way

I stayed for 4 days with my family (total of 5 people) extremely comfortable for everyone, the house impeccable in every way, clean, with bed utensils, kitchen and bathroom all ok. Because it is normally fridge beach and stove usually not so good... there totally in reverse.... Izadora promptly served me for everything from the booking, with a flexible check in and check out.... Daiane who welcomes us with a beautiful smile and a helpful mto. Back!!!!!
