Kept brand new! Two bedrooms apartment equipped with air conditioning in both rooms and in the living room, a pull out couch, a spacious bathroom, and a full kitchen. Nice layout and modern design. Has back and front balcony with a nice view. BBQ at the back balcony! Really close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the city center. At least 10 beaches within 5-15 minutes away. The apartement has a shared pool at the rooftop with stunning views. Only used by regitered guests.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Leonel’s villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Surrounded by lush greenery and perfectly maintained, it became our favorite spot to relax each day. Whether it was morning coffee by the water or a sunset swim, it was pure bliss. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was peaceful yet close enough to restaurants, shops, and sights. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting, this villa is it. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return!

This is the only viable AirBnB option in SFM. All the others are subpar or inactive for extensive periods. Verdana has over 20 units in the complex that you can choose from. There is security 24/7. And there is parking. The units aren’t luxurious. But for the price and the location, it’s your best option. All the basic requirements are satisfactory. Will return if ever needed.

My stay at Michelle’s apartment was simply wonderful. From the very first moment, Michelle was responsive and friendly, making communication easy and pleasant. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and brand new, equipped with all the necessary amenities and kitchenware. It was spotless, and the views of the surrounding nature were absolutely breathtaking. The location is peaceful, offering a perfect escape, and Cabrera as a whole is an amazing area to explore. With such a great host and a lovely place to stay, I highly recommend this to everyone. I would definitely return!
