Casa Maresia is located on the north beach in the first row practically on the sea. Its location allows the view and connection with the environment to be a unique experience with the comforts of a modern house and relaxation spaces on the beach. Hot water for the shower, LED lights in all rooms, a refrigerator, and a 220v socket to charge cell phones and small speakers. The house does not include bed linens. We recommend bringing yours or if you need to rent them, please let us know in advance!

It has security, a tennis court and direct and private access to El Barco beach. It is raised 4 m above ground level, which allows for an excellent view of the neighborhood and the sea, but it is not recommended for small children.
