This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

Casa Azuloia is a lovely modernised old Portuguese house (92m2) from the 19th century, recently renovated, available from June 2018. It has a stunning sea view, a garden (400m2) and a roof terrace to relax, have breakfast outside and enjoy barbecues in the evenings. The area provides opportunities for many activities for young and old. The photo shows the house just before the garden is being prepared. This autumn we'll start planting.
