On the lower floor there are three exterior bedrooms, each with two beds, two full bathrooms and another terrace overlooking the ocean. The house is very bright and is accessed by both floors. Located 100 meters from the sea with direct access to a sandy beach with showers and a beach bar.

Casa Calilla is a newly built house in San José, designed and furnished with modern materials. It is located on the beachfront, less than 5 meters from the beach sand and about 15-20 minutes from the beaches of Genoveses, Monsúl, Barronal, etc. It has spectacular views of the beach and village of San José. It has 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, distributed over three floors. The maximum capacity is 6 people. Small pets are allowed.
