The house is simply amazing !! The location is great, the street is very quiet and has easy access to the beach, a 2-minute walk. Extremely clean and organized residence, and Zélia is a great host, she was super attentive at all times.

The listing is exactly like the pictures and descriptions. The environment was clean, organized and quite comfortable. The hostess was also requested and extended the checkout time so that we can enjoy more of the stay. With respect to the location, although it is close to the beach and market, the displacement still needs to be made by car, as walking is far away, so it is something that must be taken into account for those who decide to use Uber during the trip. In general, I recommend the stay yes ☺️

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and hygiene essentials on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I have nothing to complain about. 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets in the whirlpool area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a larger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it is just a suggestion.

No words for Mrs. Dione. Very welcoming, the house is in perfect condition. She left a box of chocolates for our reception and bought a crib to leave, as we went with a baby. I'd come back a thousand times Gratitude!

We had a great experience with hosting. The house is super spacious, well located and serves a large family very well. Ciro was very helpful and kind every time we needed him. God willing, we'll stay again more often.

One of the best places we've ever hosted. The house is much more beautiful than in the photos. Spacious rooms with air-conditioning, comfortable beds, furniture and utensils of excellent quality. Very quiet and safe place. And the best part of the house, Jouse, who in addition to organizing and leaving everything clean every day, even prepared a much better breakfast for us than the hotel. We also made a fantastic fish stew. Jouse helped make our experience and stay one of the best we've ever had.

The house is spectacular, super well maintained and pleasant. We were 3 families (3 couples and 5 children) and the 5 rooms are enough with comfort. Great room integrated with kitchen, living room and pool outside. Taninha and Ana are awesome. The long weekend was very nice and João Pessoa surprised me positively.

Quiet stay, great apartment, we had no problems with parking, which was a concern. Some items, such as dishes, could have three, which would make it easier for children. We had an incident with the remote control, which prevented us from using the TV on the first day, the next day the host sent a new one, the resolution time was not pleasant but acceptable. The building's atmosphere and staff, totally pleasant, very polite, everything extremely clean, from the reception to the pool. Great location for those who want to stay close to the waterfront but not close enough to be disturbed by the bustle.

About Luxor: Great location, close to restaurants, local shops, and of course, close to the beach. The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. About the Ap: Even a lot of space, bedrooms and room with air conditioning, it served 5 people very well. About the Host: Atenciosa since the first contact, note 10. I recommend the same, and yes, I will come back more often!

The flat is simply beautiful! It was 5 wonderful days. The view is wonderful, the view from the pool is lovely, the apartment is beautiful and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for a stay. For those who like a busy place, it is not suitable, the busiest part of the waterfront is about 8 minutes by car, but for those who like a quiet beach, the place is perfect. I just loved Jess's place.
