Strategic location, very close to the avenue. Epitácio Pessoa, in a region very well served by markets, pharmacies, restaurants and hospitals. Just minutes from the beach. It served me very well for a one-night stay, I will certainly look for it on other occasions.

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The employees of the condominium were extremely gentle, with particular emphasis on the collaborator Suellen, who welcomed us with sympathy and attention at the reception. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!

The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and well equipped. Its location is excellent both for the region of the exuberant Barra do Gramame and, a few kilometers away, for the Farol do Cabo Branco, which is the main tourist spot in the city. So have a good stay, as I did.

We spent a little over a month in the apartment and it was an excellent experience. We were 5 people and we were very comfortable. The apartment is as shown in the pictures: clean, well located, with equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the rooms. The location is ideal, very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. During our stay, whites were changed once a week, we had access to the parking lot without a problem and the front desk staff was always friendly. Check-in and check-out were flexible, which is very much appreciated. Deborah was an excellent host, always attentive and attentive to make sure everything was fine. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.
