beautiful place described perfectly, clean, ample, walking distance to restaurants/kiosk, water taxi, small shops, mins away from seven seas beach and other beaches, Camila recommended places to eat and other near by services. Waking up to the ocean view and the sound of waves was the highlight of my trip. You can see the sunrise right from the balcony.

One of the best apartments in the condominium.

Easy check in, you just have to follow instructions, elevators work, stunning view, photos as described,very spacious. Ac worked great, bathroom shower was amazing. Note there is no shade or curtain for the sliding doors (if you are sensitive to light) beach chairs, beach towels were included. Host was very responsive and addressed a small issue we had with bed sheets. There is plenty of lighting that is adjustable as well as 2 ceiling fans and 3 separate A/C units on the wall. 2 TV’s on the wall. There is a binder of instructions with rules, which looks overwhelming but self explanatory. Our stay was for 4 days, quiet building, they have a washer dryer downstairs. There is pool we didn’t get to even look at, because it said it needed reservation on the rule book, security guard said no reservation needed. (So check it out)Plenty of parking never had and issue finding a spot. Felt safe a lot of nice restaurants walkable distance from condo. Would recommend and would stay here again. 5⭐

The view of the ocean is amazing! Condo is well equipped and comfortable. Location is secured and gated. Close to many restaurants within a short drive. Lots to do in town, several beaches within 10 min drive. The 2 day power outage on the island did not affect our stay. Emergency generators allowed elevators, hallway emergency lights and security gates to work. There is a cross breeze from ocean so it never got too warm in condo. Had running cold water during that time. They have rechargeable flashlights in condo. They were quick to answer our messages. Check-in is in person only, so keep that in mind when planning your trip. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo & hope to return someday!

Beautifully renovated apartment next to the Conquistador ferry docks. Great view of the water, and the location was perfect for the Icacos water taxis or the ferries in Ceiba. The bed was comfortable, AC worked well & the bathroom was clean. The apartment felt really spacious for the two of us. We came in late & had to wait a while for the security to let us up from the parking garage. Instructions for keys/parking passes were extremely clear, just took an extra 10 minutes of our time to get those things situated. Building is a little bit older & has its quirks (you need to put the actual key into the elevator to go anywhere) but once you step into the apartment it feels completely brand new and modern. Would recommend & would stay again!

Absolutely perfect location for our vacation and plans. While centrally located around our activities the area felt safe, more secluded than most other locations and with the beachfront right out front a great place to sunbathe, walk, explore, or dip in the water. Local spots to eat within walking distance as well. Large open kitchen and family room with large balcony was so much better than a hotel room somewhere. Very glad we selected this spot! Amazing view and great location, in front of two of Fajardo’s boat Marinas, near las Croabas also. Easy check-in process, two accesible parking spots. The complex has several pools and common areas accessible from the apartment. Air conditioning working great, lot of sea breeze also. Thanks Wilson

Carlos’s place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Host was friendly and responsive, location is within 10-15 minutes ride of many beaches and other attractions, a lot of restaurants and bars near by. His recommendations made a trip unforgivable.

We came right after a storm when water and electricity were still being restored across the island. Carlos met us there, brought us water, and said we were welcome to come to his home for a shower if the plumbing didn’t come back on. Fortunately that wasn’t necessary and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean, exactly as pictured. We would absolutely stay here again.

This apartment is a hidden gem. Exactly as described but it still does not do justice on the location of the apartment. Apartment is extremely well appointed and had everything you’d required for your stay. We enjoyed or stay immensely

Marisol We enjoyed the stay at the unit. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The responses to our questions were answered quickly. The only thing we did not enjoy was that there is not air conditioning in the living room, and in order to be able to sit in the balcony you have to turn off the air conditioner because of the compressor being in the balcony letting out hot air. Besides that EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!

It’s the very best AirB&B we’ve ever stayed in!

Great family-sized condo, smart TVs all set up, spacious balcony, brand new kitchen and huge fridge. The place is across the street from Marina del Rey, so if you are taking a catamaran or boat tour, you are right at meeting spot. Super close to Seven Seas and the Bio Bay tour spot and less than a half hour drive to Ceiba ferry for Vieques and Culebra. Great restaurant, El Cayo, on other side of marina and great local breakfast and lunch spot, D’Gusto, within walking distance.

We came to Puerto Rico during the power outage in April. The entire island was without power. Rafael communicated with me a couple days earlier than my arrival to keep me updated on the situation at the condo. They have generators on site, so it turned out to be a non issue. Great location and tons of stuff to do at the condo. plenty of games and toys for the kids to play with. It even had all the beach gear you could need. They even had all the dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and even bug spray and sunscreen, just in case. I would book here again without thinking twice. I just wish we stayed longer.

Carlos was a fantastic host- attentive, highly responsive, had great recommendations (about eateries, danger to avoid, activities to try), flexible with timing, generous, and very well-prepared. The entire island happened to have a power outage for more than 24 hrs while we were there, but he had a back up battery powering the condo so that essentials (fridge, outlets for charging phones, lighting) was still running. We were very shielded from this major event thanks to his preparations. He kindly brought us delicious tropical fruits his family grew and homemade muffins too. It was a pleasure to get to meet him and his family. The place itself has amazing views, pool access which our kids loved, and is located near beaches, boating excursions, and some excellent restaurants. The condo was clean and had many nice touches to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable (snorkeling gear, laundry hampers, drip coffee maker, and more). Thank you for a terrific vacation.

Beautiful location and easy check in.

lovely stay - the apartment is well-appointed and comfortable. the view is awesome and perfect with a cup of coffee in the morning :) Fajardo was a great base for exploring this beautiful part of the island - there are some really beautiful beaches close by and Cullebra was a great day trip. This apartment was a great place to return after a day at the beach, on the water or in the rainforest!

This place is amazing! Location couldn’t be better and that roof patio was amazing! We really enjoyed spending evenings up there! The condo had everything you could need, even in an unexpected blackout, there were flashlights, candles, etc. and Rafy made sure to check in with us. The pool was great and being right across the street from the beach was incredible! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Peña Mar Ocean Club in Fajardo! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and we really enjoyed the well-equipped gym and beautiful pools. It was super convenient being so close to the marina for our boat tour, and just a short drive to El Yunque Rainforest. Only about 50 minutes from the San Juan airport, the location worked perfectly for our trip. The condo had tons of space for our family of five—very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

What a spectacular view! Wish we had more time to spend on the balcony!!! I loved the condo decor, colors, and furniture- very relaxing vacation vibes! Plenty of things to do in the area- beautiful beaches, El Yunque, etc. The pool was refreshing, too! Host was very responsive. My family had a great time!

We had a great time! We will definitely be back. Super safe and clean location and easy access to marina and ferry where a lot of the tours leave from. Can’t wait to be back!!
