Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo was very attentive, Jacilene, who received us, was very kind and friendly, they met all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca which is quite stuffed. The place is quiet and pleasant, very close to the beach. We only had a small inconvenience with a neighbor in the flat next door who made a little noise and it became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else was great.

The cleanliness of the environment was impeccable, great location and the host is extremely helpful and responsive. The stay was wonderful!!

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

I loved staying in the apartment. Everything is very organized. Even so, as soon as I can, I want to come back. Renato is an excellent host.

I have nothing to complain about, everything was excellent. What I needed, I asked for and it was promptly resolved. The co-host was very flexible with check-in, understood my situation and left the key available at dawn, as my flight arrived very early. The apartment is great: very comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms and the kitchen is super-equipped, with everything I needed. I recommend it!

My family and I, we had excellent lodging. The site itself is exactly the same as in the pictures, we will certainly return soon.

Our stay at Allana's apartment was simply perfect. Besides everything being very clean and organized, the apartment's view of the sea is a spectacle in itself. We have spent 3 wonderful days. We (me, my husband and our two little dogs) loved spending these days in this beautiful place. Oh, and Allana is very attentive and helpful. It would respond very quickly to all the messages. We'll be back more often for sure.

No words to describe our experience at Marcelo's AP, we traveled as a family, a total of 6 people and from the day we closed with him he gave us all the attention and directions of places to go. The building and the apartment were impeccable, everything was very organized, the building's lobby has a beautiful view and the appliances are all great. The view of the pool was beautiful, perfect, I took great photos and the kids didn't want to get out of the pool. The place is very quiet and the beach in front of the building is very quiet and clean, for those with children it is perfect. From the pool view, you see the sun rising on the sea side and on the other side, over the Paraíba River, you see the sun setting, simply perfect. We'll definitely be back and stay in the same place. Ahh, the perfect shower, with plenty of water, the whole apartment very clean, we felt at home 🤌🏻 I'm a coffee lover and I don't like coffee made in the coffee maker, I asked Marcelo if he could provide a bottle of coffee and he brought it to us right away 😍

Great location. Very good physical structure. Detail about the bathtub, even though it is in the description, the non-functioning is very much missed. If it was working, it would provide another experience.

A modern apartment, all very tasteful and new, especially comfortable beds and all the amenities working perfectly!! Both Karina and Marina are excellent hosts!!! I highly recommend this property for families and/or friends.

My stay at Débora's apartment was excellent! From the beginning, communication was impeccable, Deborah and Dayanne were always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very well located, in front of the beach and close to everything! I traveled alone and found a fully equipped space, with everything I needed: beach chairs, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, mixer, popcorn maker, couscous maker, coffee maker… in short, everything designed to provide comfort and practicality. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The property is quite cozy and organized. The host is an extremely kind and attentive person, was flexible, responded to inquiries in a timely manner, and showed a lot of availability. The place of the apartment allows walking or driving between the beaches of Poço, Camboinha, Intermares, Ponta de Campina and many restaurants, leisure spaces. The sea in the Poço/Camboinha region is quiet, beautiful, paradisiacal. It was a memorable stay!

We are leaving with heart pain as we feel at home of so much comfort and amenities offered by host Uiara. In addition to the wonderful accommodation, location and environment, reception, service and speed in us respond, we were very well received at the gatehouse, which gave us a greater sense of being at home.
