Felipe is a good host, very concerned about his customers, he was always ready to respond and help. The only reservation is about the bed linen cleaning company, despite the maid being very kind, the bed linen was stained and the polyester towel does not dry anything. Everything was changed at Felipe's request, which pleased me. The only bad thing is the position of the toilet. At 1.82m tall, I couldn't use the toilet in the correct position, I always had to use it sideways.

First of all, I thank Igor for his receptivity, from the concern to organize the environment with decorations and chocolate, due to the Easter season, to the suggestions of places and restaurants to visit. With this help, we were able to take all the main tours, some by tourism companies, others on our own, which is good to save a little. About the Flat, I thought it was great, clean, organized and with plenty of utensils. Extremely well located, markets and pharmacies 100m away, bakery with self service about 50m away, Manaíra shopping mall approximately 600m away. Close to the beaches of Cabo Branco and Tambaú, close to the Paraíba handicraft market as well, that is, no worries about getting things. To those interested, you can book and go without fear! João Pessoa is one of the best places in the Northeast!

Great stay and location, close to 15 minutes from all the places we went, it seemed like a joke, it was all close. Apartment looked newly renovated, well-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms, everything clean and beautiful! The only detail is that there are 3 bathrooms, but in 1 of them there is no stall or curtain, which generated a “little movement” because no one wanted to dry the bathroom after each bath, but it was only a detail since everything else was impeccable. Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo was very attentive, Jacilene, who received us, was very kind and friendly, they met all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca which is quite stuffed. The place is quiet and pleasant, very close to the beach. We only had a small inconvenience with a neighbor in the flat next door who made a little noise and it became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else was great.

Edson is a very attentive host, provides excellent service and gives all the support to make the stay smooth and enjoyable for guests. The house is large and spacious, it was very clean and airy when we arrived. We were greeted with a treat and we loved it. It has all the utensils described in the listing. The city is very quiet, but with few shops. There is a wonderful restaurant 600 meters from the house, called Kubanacan. The beach is quiet, but it doesn't have good kiosks. Access to other beaches is quick and easy. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back!

Our stay was perfect, my family and I felt at home! The apartment is super comfortable, we didn't miss anything. It's super quiet to prepare meals, while the wine is chilling in the minibar, then just enjoy the food and a wonderful view through the living room window. Speaking of views, we were graced with beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the Rooftop area, an area that surprised us, as it is much better than in the photos here. Another point to be praised is the building staff, extremely polite and helpful. The host is also very polite and easy to communicate with. Our only complaint is that Édypo didn't let us stay longer! 🤣 We spent 1 month and wanted more, but it's so good there that there were no more vacancies!! We will definitely be back soon!

We rented only one night, which is quite difficult in some apartments to rent for one night, so for this reason it is already a positive review, we had a great rest, a quiet night, no noise, comfortable beds, small apartment, but we were 3 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. I recommend the apartment and the condominium is a real paradise, on the sand, wonderful beach, our daughters love the pools, the toy library, zip line, it's really worth it! We had a wonderful experience at Ricardo's apartment. During our stay the neighborhood was extremely quiet, so we had no problem with noise or any other kind of discomfort. The apartment fully corresponds to the description made by Ricardo, has a wonderful view, excellent leisure area with restaurant options, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, beauty salon, etc., very close, a few minutes' walk. Ricardo promptly responded to us, extremely polite and cordial and offered us tips on amenities to facilitate our stay. The doormen were very polite to us. I highly recommend it!

The stay was very good and quiet. Romualdo was very helpful and always responded quickly. We learned at the last minute that the pool was under maintenance and it was the only disadvantage, otherwise it was excellent!

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!
