The house was beautiful and clean. The hot tub heats up very quickly and there is great furniture to relax around the pool and enjoy the desert sun. The misters around the outdoor living area were functional and a nice touch. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The decor is tasteful and the kitchen well stocked. You will need to take a short uber ride or rent a car if you plan to enjoy the city or surrounding attractions but the house is peaceful and the outdoor space is private so that is nice. I would stay here again.

Loved this place the layout was perfect for two couples and our older parents. We celebrated Thanksgiving here and had no issue cooking a meal for 7. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. It really helped having additional fridges outside for beverage storage.

Kelly’s home was a great stay for our group of friends. The backyard was huge, very quiet, and relaxing with a great view of the city lights, we even got to see the fireworks going off in many areas of the city for the Fourth of July. Mornings in the backyard were wonderful with the sound of roosters crowing in the distance and a very cute hen that snuck in the backyard to say hi. The inside of the house was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The bar supplies and cups were even in a saloon-style living room bar, complete with swinging wooden bar doors! Water pressure and temperature were great, the AC unit cooled us off to 70 degrees even when it was 112 degrees outside. We were able to drive to nearby cities and mountains during the day, returning to the peaceful house in the evening. Kelly was extremely responsive and accommodating. She was lovely to interact with and offered a very welcoming stay. Her neighbor Lynn was super kind and helped us with any in person needs very quickly. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. I felt safe and welcomed by everyone. It was a perfect getaway for our California desert and lake explorations. If you’re looking for a quiet desert getaway in California, I would personally recommend Kelly’s home.

The place is a great stay and convenent if you are going to snow summit for your snowboarding trip it's like five minutes away from the cabin. If you go in the summer Big Bear lake is walking distance. The cabin has everything you need from a smart tv, family games, cookware, cooking utensiles, nice backyard. I went with family it was 8 of us and was a comfortable cabin. The cabin layout has two bed rooms and bath upstairs and one bed room and bath in the main floor.

Bliss is exactly what was offered by this stunning property. From check-in to check-out we were constantly at ease and felt welcomed. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry and amazing pool/spa were in perfect order and the neighborhood was so quiet we forgot we were so close to downtown. A party of 6 will find plenty of indoor/outdoor space from the cozy fireplace to the bubbling spa. Being greeted by the glowing mountains reflected in the pool every morning was a perfect way to start the day and relaxing after dinner and drinks in the hammock by the fire pit made every evening feel like a special occasion. We highly recommend this home and will be passing the details to all of our friends that frequent the Coachella Valley. If you have the opportunity to stay at Palm Springs Bliss, take the time to walk the neighborhoods, enjoy the park down the street, grill up some burgers in the backyard and let this property take you to that relaxed state that you know you deserve. My family and I enjoyed this spot very much. I have two boys under 7. We enjoyed the nearby trails and the close proximity to the lake. Everything was as described and pictures were on point. Sunsets off the lake reflection from the balcony’s were brilliant. Also the dining table is situated right next to the sliding doors which overlook the lake. Vicky was a great host. We are going to find another time to come back.

We loved staying in this house. It was clean, private, had a great layout, and was close to town. The kitchen was nicely stocked and organized for cooking, and there were even some staples (like spices and tea) available to use. The host was great - very responsive, professional, and friendly. There was a small glitch with the keyless entry when we first arrived, and he was able to stop by quickly and resolve the issue. He also called to check on us after a local incident (which did not directly affect us), which was very considerate and kind. We would definitely use Relax Palm Springs again, but depending on the guests, we might look for a house with more handicap-accessible features. The listing was not misleading... we just didn't think about that aspect! In general, it was a beautiful house and a really interesting place to visit. Consider me a happy customer!

We had a great stay and would definitely return. The house was conveniently located to downtown restaurants and shops. The house had great amenities and was perfect for kids with the pool in back and outdoor games in the front yard. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with and very responsive.

Relax Palm Springs runs a fantastic rental management business. Every detail and aspect of the property and process was clearly explained and communicated. The property was great. Truly tranquil, properly maintained, had everything listed and more. There is a large framed digital interactive screen on the wall that provides everything you need to know about the property, including local recommendations, weather info, property instructions and more. It is also used to complete the check-in and checkout process. Elegant and user friendly. After checking in, the property manager called to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I literally didn't have any questions throughout the process because they think of everything and share it proactively. I will definitely rent a property with them again!

Perfect house for meeting friends and enjoying the PS sunshine in the amazing back yard. Well stocked kitchen. Older home showing some wear and tear but functioning and clean. Very comfy beds, helpful and responsive hosts. The home is very close to airport and while the noise levels are strict for the city, you need to wait for planes to pass to resume conversation outside. Nothing of note in the neighborhood but grocery and restaurants within short driving distance.

We had a great time at this property. There were three adult couples. Plenty of space and each couple had their own bathroom. The house was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, cutlery, glassware etc. Nice bath towels and bed sheets. Cute decor. The back yard is wonderful. Well thought out with lots of space to relax. Be sure to ask about the pool being heated ahead of time if you need that. The host was responsive and very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

Nice condo that couldn't be any closer to Boulder bay. Had a great time and will be back again.

We love visiting Palm Springs and this home perfectly captured the playful tranquil spirit of old Hollywood but updated for modern times. Everything worked well and the yard and pool were wonderful. Robert was a great help throughout the trip.

Our group of 8 really enjoyed our stay! The outdoor area was great and the entire property was super clean. We loved the records and record player and thought that the home itself was the perfect size and great location. The host was great as well and responded quickly to any questions! We would definitely stay again.

This was our families first time visiting Lake Gregory. I am so glad we were able to stay at Monica & Michaels Lake house. It was nice and cozy and right across from the lake. Would definitely recommend.

Michael made our trip run very smoothly with his instructions and was super responsive the entire time. But we didn't really anything, the place is set up perfectly with everything you might need.

Our second time staying at Kevin’s place and it did not disappoint. Everything was as described and the property is in a great location. Cannot wait to go back!

The view is spectacular. We were within walking distance of a marina where we rented a pontoon. We really enjoyed the hot tub, very clean & not sketchy. There are some things that people should be aware of: there was a probable power outage warning due to winds, but we didn't know until the power actually went out (stars from the hot tub while everything is dark are amazing, btw). We used the fireplace for light to eat dinner, but only found one flashlight. The fireplace & stove are gas, so still usable, but the hot water heater is electric, so the gas stove came in handy for boiling water for showers in the morning. We recommend you check the possible power outages beforehand so you can be prepared with flashlights & camp showers. It wasn't a horrible inconvenience, we just weren't aware of the possibility & were unprepared. Also, two of the rooms don't have real doors; the game room is open & one has a curtain. Not terrible, but we weren't aware. Overall, we would stay here again

Amazing home! We loved the views, the vibe, the backyard & the hottub. Based on prior reviews we were aware of the street noise, etc. and it wasn't that noticeable after a little time in the house. The living room space was super comfy and the house was in great proximity to everything we wanted to do. Beds were fantastic, haven't slept that well in forever. Great place for my young adult kids and I to relax over their winter break. Glad I splurged a little to get a MCM home with the extra perks.

This house was a great choice for our girls getaway... located just a quick drive from the airport & within short distance of almost everything in the area, smooth checkin / checkout processes (Brad was awesome!), amenities (heated pool, extra towels/pillows/hangers,, board games, laundry supplies, & fully stocked kitchen w/ oils/spices, barware, blenders, coffee pot, bakeware, etc). We would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend to others! Just a couple things to be aware of: - TVs & multiple remotes in each room were a little challenging to get used to & the live channels didn't always come in clearly - noise ordinance is taken seriously (but not difficult to respect rules & still have a blast (just bring some water resistant earbuds for the pool if you simply can't be without music out there) - the wind is really strong in this part of the city (only a few miles from windmills) & will toss things around outside / can be heard quite a bit esp at night
