The place is pristine, greatly located, nice views and excellent cafes/ restaurants a few meters away, for sure one of those destinations that we look forward returning and recommending. What a fantastic place! The view was amazing. We had a great time sitting out on the patio listening to the waves and watching the sunrise. Easy to slip down to the pool and then right out onto the beach. We parked our car (in the provided spot) and didn't get into it until we left. Everything was walkable or it was just a hop, jump and a skip with the tram. My only disappointment? We couldn't stay longer. There's always a next time. Thanks Brad!!

Our adult group of 3 loved our stay at Cheryl's place and it was perfect for our needs. Super clean and tidy and communication was very easy throughout. Will definitely stay again if we get back to Kingscliff.

Convenient location to accessing cafes, restaurants & grocery stores, which are within a short walking distance. We loved our scenic beach walks to other areas of the Gold Coast, making our experience even more enjoyable. Karine was very informative and kind, always ready and available to help. Beautiful apartment with amazing views from every room including the bathroom. Best location in Broadbeach, on Oracle Blvd with top restaurants, eateries, shops & supermarket right on your doorstep & the beach across the road.

Helen’s apartment is beautiful and spacious . It has a modern design , and is very clean , with a great fully equipped kitchen. There’s posh amenities in the bathroom , plenty of towels and a booklet of recommendations . You will have to climb stairs , but the view is worth it. Very nice to sit out there in the morning , and make yourself a coffee . For the sunset , people crowd to Burleigh hill and sit on the grass , but on Helen’s balcony you have the prime spot . There are roadworks happening on the Gold Coast Highway , but the apartment is well away from the noise and is in a very peaceful and private spot (even though it’s so close to all the restaurants and nightlife ) . I couldn’t have picked a better located place to stay , and really recommend it for anyone who wants to treat themselves . Helen was helpful and responded very quickly to any questions I had , and she also helped me to check out a few hours later (because I had a later transfer ).

We had the most luxurious long weekend, as soon as we stepped in the door it was like the external world just melted away. Everyone slept amazingly, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and the ocean view was just incredible.

We had a great stay at Janett's property! She was quick to respond and was always available to assist with any queries. We needed to extend our stay, and she made every effort to help us through the process. The property has plenty of space, was clean & tidy, was nicely furnished and was a very comfortable space for our break. We loved the inside/outside layout of the house and spent many nights with the bifold doors opened. Thanks for the lovely stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Matts place. The property was just as Matt described it. We had our 8 month old grandson with us and we had use of a travel cot and high chair which was perfect. If you are ever looking for somewhere to stay on the Gold Coast be sure to book this place.

Perfect location with the beach so close. We had our baby and 2yr old so the little yard was perfect to keep them contained and not a long walk back from the beach. Minimalist and simple furnishings. Communication was great too. Would stay again!

Beautiful unit. Photos don’t do it justice. The view is absolutely spectacular and all the finishes were incredible! The bed was very firm (ok for husband not for me) and very squeaky when rolling over during the night. The balcony and the way it opens up provides a beautiful breeze and the fans are wonderful on those warm nights. Jason was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond. Wish we didn’t have to leave but will return. We met friends for dinner and drinks and they loved it also and will also come stay here next time!

Sharryn’s place was just beautiful. Great location and such a beautiful well set up apartment. Sharryn was a wonderful host, she met us at the complex and took us to the apartment and showed us the ins and outs. Great stay!

An all around perfect stay with the best views (and rainbow lorikeet watching), walkability, and overall comfort! Truly lived like locals for a month long stay and the apartment was well-equipped and felt like home. We will be back!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Aaron’s place was great. Beds were comfy, you’ll feel right at home. It has an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It’s close to the beach and shops. We had an awesome stay!
