Overall a very enjoyable stay. The apartment looks like the photos and the kitchen is very well equipped. Everything makes a clean and tidy impression.

We had a great stay at the place. Viviana and her partner are super friendly and very good communication. They allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled and also check out early in the morning. You enter the apartment and realize that they are very detail-oriented and want you to have everything you need. Excellent cleanliness. We were able to work remotely from the apartment without problems, good internet connection (200Mbps). Close to the Flores Theater, ideal for going to see concerts and walking back. Quiet area with several dining options. I would definitely stay with them again.

Indeed a great place in the middle of Caballito's heart. I was there for about 2 months and felt like at home. Comfortable bed, good WiFi (for working), very sunny, nice deco, guarded building entrance with friendly staff, nice rooftop (there's a small swimming pool and a small gym). The laundry is to be done in a common wash and drier machines on the top floor, for which you have to buy the tokens at a kiosk (inexpensive), but the machines were free (available) every single time. Easy check-in and check-out! Appartment at a very good cost-quality rate. Communication with owner was great as well as his availability and help. Highly recommended!

The flat was great—exactly what I was looking for: quiet, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Everything went very smoothly. The location is excellent, close to parks and shops, yet still incredibly quiet—you don’t hear a sound from the street. We felt very safe; the building is modern and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet but central spot in Buenos Aires. Laura was very helpful and discreet. She pays attention to every detail and you can really feel how much she cares about your well-being.

The apartment is beautiful. Very comfortable for a family of four. The bathroom is impeccable. The kitchen has everything you need. It's air-conditioned.

Carol is superb, she showed us how to get into her apartment and where everything was. Very responsive and helpful with tips. The apartment has been renovated and is in a vintage but elegant looking building. The bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated. Close to plenty of restaurants and things to do; very close to the metro so is easy to get around! For the light sleepers, make sure you bring blindfold; the huge windows in the balcony face a store that has a sign that stays on all night; but this was easy to overcome with the blindfold. I live the place, got the rest needed. I would gladly stay here when I come back to B.A.

Excellent service. The place is very nice and well kept. I appreciate the attention of leaving me coffee and other items for breakfast. I went to see a concert in Velez and I was comfortable with the distance. I recommend it.

Host always willing to help and quick return. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. However, busy street and very noisy. The distance to the subway is significant. For the amount charged, it met expectations.
