It is located a short stroll to town and beach, with a luscious green lawn gardens and off street parking. The home opens to a large covered rear deck which takes advantage of the northern aspect with the BBQ outdoor kitchen area off the fully equipped kitchen. No need for a car once you arrive - Jonson Street shops, restaurants, cafes and beach are simply a stroll away. The home is NOT available as a 'party house' and is non-smoking property. The main beach is patrolled and a short walk from the cottage. Driving from Sydney takes approximately 10hrs, or 2hrs from Brisbane. There are many airport shuttle bus services available from Brisbane, Gold Coast or Ballina-Byron Bay which will pick you up and drop you off to the cottage. Once you arrive, the cottage is walking distance to everywhere in town.
