Lovely panoramic views of Trondheimsfjorden. Good hiking opportunities in the field with the farm as a starting point. Short distance to great beach by car. There are cats, chickens and goats on the farm. Lovely house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a summer residence and holiday home when not rented out. Bed linens and towels included If you want to stay rural, but at the same time this is for you. It's not a party venue. Animals are welcome.

Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig.
