At the water's edge there are opportunities for barbecue, a nice berth has been established and there is a gapahuk that you can pull into. Here you can recharge your batteries completely for yourself, with friends or family. The cabin is 500 meters from E16. It has bathing facilities, good fishing, and rowing boat available. There is a solar cell and a refrigerator and otherwise good solutions for water and toilet. There is no shower, so the body wash must be taken in Vangsmjøsa. On quiet evenings, the campfire area offers views of Vangsmjøsa and Grindane.
