**"One of the best accommodation experiences I’ve ever had! The house was extremely clean, spacious, and elegantly designed — it felt more like a luxurious villa. It’s located in a beautiful residential complex that resembles a garden, with a large pool and comfortable facilities. The area was safe, quiet, and surrounded by upscale restaurants and shopping centers, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. One of the highlights of this place is its proximity to the beach — just a short walk away. We spent unforgettable moments there enjoying the sea breeze, walking on the sand, and relaxing in family-friendly areas with entertainment, dancing, and barbecue spots. Having a private garage made it easy to keep our car safe, and the building's security and surveillance cameras gave us a great sense of safety and peace of mind. clean , fresh , spacious, homely apartment, we have made lifelong memories here. i really liked the area because it’s not a touristy area , it’s a quiet area with normal everyday turkish people , this is what i prefer when i visit a country because i want to experience authentic vibes, because of this the supermarkets nearby are at the normal local rates, not extortionate! , this is definitely a plus point, i don’t feel like i spent much money after two weeks. we mainly bought food and cooked at home. despite the language barrier, the people here are friendly and calm , you will see families and kids playing in the little play area outside the apartment. the area and apartment are completely safe, you will hear beautiful adhaan from nearby mosques. The host is friendly, responsive and gives you privacy and is not intrusive, issues are resolved promptly . i would stay here again, Thank you Erhan for making our stay smooth and problem free , i will recommend this place to all !

Meine Frau und ich waren in den letzten Jahren über 20 Mal in Istanbul, dieses Mal jedoch in einem Luxusapartment. Erstens war Erhan ein wirklich wunderbarer Gastgeber, und zweitens ist das Apartment wirklich luxuriös und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Wenn Sie jedoch länger als 15 Tage bleiben möchten, um sich zu entspannen und zu unterhalten, können wir es 100 % empfehlen. Im Umkreis von 50–200 Metern befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte und am Samstag ist neben Apartement Straßen Markt. Mit der Buslinie 448 erreichen Sie mehrere Einkaufszentren oder die Haltestellen Tyap oder Beylikdüzü und fahren mit demselben Bus zum wunderschönen Büyükçekme-Strand. Der Mimar Sinat-Strand ist etwa 400 Meter vom Apartment entfernt, und vom Fenster aus können Sie das Meer sehen. Nehmen Sie den Bus 448 bis zur Haltestelle Tyap und fahren Sie dann mit dem Expressbus eine Stunde zum Einkaufszentrum Cevahir und zum Taksim-Platz. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Istanbul, und nochmals vielen Dank an Erhan.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future.

Мястото е страхотно. Апартамента се намира в голям хотел със голям подземен паркинг. Удобно и комуникативно място. Апартамента е съвременно обзаведен със всички необходими удобства. Домакина е приветлив и отзивчив и подържаше много добра комуникация. С удоволствие бих отседнал отново и бих препоръчал това място за настаняване.
