There were only two issues that would not be a problem with the house. It can be said that there is 1 toilet and the pool cannot be heated enough. But other than that, the house was perfect and very clean. A place I would choose again, and I would definitely come

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host gave the necessary instructions before check-in and we were able to check in quickly. It was also important for security and for having an indoor parking lot. The byways were bad only because there were new constructions around it. Although we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But it can be easily reached by direct connection from the highway. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard when the windows and balcony doors are open, otherwise, when the windows are closed, there is no sound in the house. We were pleased. We thank the host.

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

Nice apartment with an amazing view. You only need to bring your clothes and food to eat; everything else is available, including clothes washing. Plus, if you have a car with you, then this place fits you very well! Area of apartment is quite enough for us as family (2 adults 3 kids) . We had an a/c issue but Can (the host) was very helpful and provide electric fan as replacement till the a/c was fixed. Thanks Can for this nice place and friendly environment that you provide

Everything was very high quality with modern, technical equipment and classic furniture, everything you needed was there, but it was like staying at a different time. In the middle of the most beautiful part of Balat, where the colorful houses stand. After a busy day in the crowd of Istanbul, it was always like a refuge where you could sit back comfortably and safely. Thank you very much for this wonderful offer to stay in Istanbul. Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

We had the most wonderful time in Dehan‘s place. Fantastic view and good location to explore the city. The Tünel station is on your doorstep. Only disadvantage is the 5 stories staircase and no lift. Area also up on hill, not far from Galata Tour. You have to be pretty fit. But worth the effort. Most enjoyable if you are interested in getting to know the city Istanbul!

The listing was exactly as described, and we were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay. The area is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions like the Galata Tour, Galata Port, and the Egyptian Spice Market. Moreover, the neighborhood boasts a vibrant food scene that offers a wide variety of culinary delights. However, it’s worth noting that the area has several steep hills, so it’s advisable to pack light and comfortable footwear for your exploration.

The Airbnb is in a great location! Fatih is a great host, who greeted us, arranged our transfers from the airport to the Airbnb, provided recommendations for restaurants and also helped us get around. Would defiantly stay here again.

We had a great time visiting Istanbul, and this accommodation was perfect for it. There were great local restaurants and bars less than 10 minutes walk away, a cafe and ferry just down the hill. We really appreciated having this our base. The apartment itself was lovely, had all the room and facilities we needed. We did find it noisy at night, but I think that's just the city (seagulls, cats, etc). I'd recommend this place to any tourist wanting to stay somewhere vibrant.

Caner has a very cozy place! Great for four people. Although, It gets pretty hot in the 2nd and 3rd story of the home. Air conditioning is only on the first floor. Bathroom could use an update too, there’s a little bit of black mold forming on the rim of the bathtub. Other than that, the place is very nice and close to the market streets.

Daria’s home is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect place for our stay in Istanbul with our family of 13. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The home is in the city on a Main Street so if hearing people walk by or traffic sounds, it might not be for you… but we had a baby and a sound machine so it blocked most things out for us. My only wish is that the living room area and kitchen were a little more central to accommodate our large group hangs a little more but we still spent tons of time together around the table, playing games etc.

Really super host. Everything was very convenient, ready to help with all questions, very sensitive and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for living, clean and tidy, the apartment is in a quiet place, but at the same time very close to a large pedestrian street with a huge number of establishments and entertainment.

Nice house in Besiktas that provides good/quick access to many attractions in Istanbul while not being in too busy side. The house matches the description and the photo; it is nicely designed/decorated. The 3 AC units that are strategically installed helped a lot with our comfort during the stay. The house is in walking distance to center of Besiktas (~10 min) but getting the house requires some uphill walking (in case if you are not physically able but was considering walking).

Close to everything, very available host

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!
