In the heart of Belleville, a 15-minute walk from République, a lovely bright two-room, completely refurbished (33 m2). You'll love climbing the 4 floors to snuggle up, even without an elevator. The windows have double glazing. Shops abound in the lively area, the street is pedestrianized for better quality. Metro and bus nearby, will take you all over Paris. Down Rue de Belleville, you'll see the Eiffel Tower, accessible in 30 minutes by metro.

Our apartment is located in the 10th arrondissement, in Belleville, in a central area, full of good addresses! It has a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed 160, separate toilet and a kitchen overlooking the living room and balcony. It is very pleasant to live in, we live there full time and are very happy there :) We have a lovely cat who leaves with us or stays in the apartment on request! 5th floor without elevator access.

Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. Please note that if you plan on using the room and the sofa bed votre only 2 people, you have to book for 3 people.
