Condo vacation rentals in Butterworth

This apartment was well worth the price. The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The clothes dryer was a perk. The appliances were modern and well maintained. The A/C and fans kept us cool. The WiFi worked perfectly to keep us connected. The showers were hot and we slept peacefully in our cozy beds. We had a beautiful mountain view from our patio. Our building had direct access to the pool, but the apartment faced away from the pool which helped mute the noise. The beach was beautiful with lots of activities, music and restaurants. We were strategically close to other attractions in Batu Ferringhi and were able to make the 45 minute trip into Georgetown with ease. We often walked around the neighborhood to eat at various restaurants along the street or at neighboring resorts. We liked having options to buy items at the convenience store, local shops, or with Grab. Ady was very responsive and helpful!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this wonderful apartment! The place was as described. The checkin checkout process was clear and without any confusion. The house was clean and all the things were as described. The parking was near lift and also easy to access. The lift is quite busy due to lot of people arriving due to holiday season which is obvious. Overall had a great time.

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring Batu Ferringhi. The space was clean and inviting, and we felt right at home throughout our stay.

This place had everything that I needed for a short stay. it was nice to walk along the water in the morning. Really nice high ceilings in the living area, with pretty cool views

Awesome Stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained, and we had the pleasure of watching the sunrise right from the property. The host was incredibly attentive and prepared everything we needed for our baby, including a baby chair, small mattress, dining utensils, and a baby bathtub. It made our stay so much easier and more comfortable. I travel quite often for my business trip in Penang. Among all the homestay unit I’ve ever stayed in Straits Quay, This is the best unit so far! The unit is newly renovated, comfortable and clean! Highly recommended. Very helpful & responsive host as well. Will book again for my next trips!

Responsive host. Had a good stay with my family & pet puppy. Exterior of building needs fresh coat of paint but unit looks modern.

Fast responsive host. Easy to find, quiet environment, had ample amenities to stay for 3 guests. Friendly guards. I felt the check in process is more straight forward, same with the check out process. Will definitely book with him again whenever I come to Butterworth in the future

The house is awesome and clean..the view so nice..the host very easy to communicate..Just need to improve about place to take the key..and please complaint at management about games room because you pay the maintenance right.. many games cant use already..Overall OK..Will come again

Recommended host! Recommended Unit to stay with your family. Host Corrine is very responsive and helpful. Unit is clean, spacious my 2yo daughter are happily running around. This unit come with 2bedroom and 3bathroom, washer, sofa bed, Lshape sofa, dining table for 6pax, kettle, refrigerator, microwave,tv. Surely will repeat with this host. The mattress also comfortable. We had a nice sleep there.

My first stay in Penang. Jia's home is compact and extraordinary clean. Washing and drying machine is provided. Comparing with my second stay in another place, Jia's much better. But too bad when I want to extend it isn't available, so I have to move. Jia is also very fast response and everything is well provided. This building is new and the place is walkable to many local foods. Beds are good. I will definetely come back to Jia's place.

The best place to stay in penang. View, food and amenities. The best priced place I have found so far in penang and I have booked with them multiple times. It's a people pleaser place.. My guests have always been wowed by it. The breath taking 3D view ..its the best.

the location was in the heart of george town and a drivable distance to many cafes and places of interests nearby. checking in process was smooth and the accommodation itself was clean, cozy. the views from the living room overlooks the sea and mainland malaysia and we had a great stay at Jesslyn’s place.
