Very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and correct. Some comments are the lack of the fire bowl that was in the photos. This was an important point for us. And the TV didn't work well, but it may have been a one-time malfunction. Otherwise very satisfied. Quick responses and flexibility. Beautiful clean house with stunning views

Very nice cottage located in a quiet area in a small village near Malmedy. Small (very small point of attention) very hot sanitary water and shower mixer not very efficient in two of the three bathrooms Very pleasant stay

Cozy and personally decorated house. Everything was clean, both floors & surfaces as well as beds, sofas, towels, dishes, cutlery, etc. There is a lot of modern equipment in the house that can be used. For all questions, Carmen, the host, was easy to reach and personally took care of a solution. The house is in the countryside and super quiet. If you're loud, it doesn't bother anyone. Great house. Good hostess.

We had an amazing relaxing stay! Beautiful view on the valley, a well-equipped kitchen and superclean room and bathroom. Benoit & Sonia also had some great tips for hikes & restaurants in the area. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Vanessa was always easy to reach and was able to help us.

Great location, just on the outside of the cbd. Trainline is super close but it's only a 10min walk into the cbd. Plenty of kitchen equipment available to cook with also which made it great.

Nice apartment with a great view over the fields. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Zeljko. There were several welcome refreshments ready, including wine, Bitburg beers😀 and fruit. Our dog enjoyed the great garden and the walks in the area, especially the Teufelsslucht and the Müllerthal. On the way back, we did some shopping in Bitburg. We had brought the electric bikes and had a nice trip to the Bitburg stausee. All in all a great week. Thank you Zeljko and Joop for the hospitality!

Had a wonderful 3 nights. From the cottage, a beautiful base to go to Monschau, to discover the area by bicycle (for example, climb Hammer Mauer) and 20 minutes drive to Rurberg. We were with a baby and a racing bike. Cottage was perfect for with the baby and the racing bike could be in the garage, so this was also safely stored. Maria is also proactive and very nice in communication. So definitely recommended!

What an amazing house. It is often so quiet and if you hear anything, it is birds. Peace and nature was all we were looking for. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the deer. We were lucky that there were young deer :) House was spotless and lovingly decorated

A big thank you to the hosts for their attention and hospitality! The loft is not only architecturally interesting and warm, but also very well equipped – with a separate entrance, a neat design and everything you need for a pleasant stay. I particularly want to highlight the presence of a pool table and a wide range of classic and traditional board games – a real favorite! The location of the house is also excellent: by car, you can easily access the south, north and west of Wallonia, as well as German border towns such as Aix-la-Chapelle or Monschau. Even the immediate surroundings of Thimister-Clermont are full of charming typically Belgian villages and sites of interest. A place to recommend without hesitation – we'll be back with pleasure!

Very nice apartment, very bright, very comfortable, very well decorated, in the countryside. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Everything is well thought out, the terrace is super convenient and very pleasant for meals. Lots of dishes. Great comfort on all levels. Antonio is very welcoming, very accommodating, gives plenty of information about the area and explains all the equipment in the apartment. 10 minutes' drive from Monschau, a very beautiful village to visit. We would highly recommend it.

Clean, tidy, nicely decorated Airbnb. Special mention for the view from the balcony which is lovely. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and precise. Thank you! We will be back!

Spacious apartment and fully furnished as a residential house. Spacious terrace. Location is close to the quiet villa district Marienburg and the Südpark where you can take beautiful walks. The bus connection to the center is fine. Line 132 stops around the corner. 2 min walk. Also handy is the HIT supermarket around the corner. Coffee machine with beans is a winner. A few bottles of drinks and snacks make you feel welcome.

Everything was fine! I can recommend the accomodation!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The quiet location and the great view are definitely a plus. We also found the amenities, such as the battery-powered vacuum cleaner, to be perfect. We will be happy to come back again.

Christa is a friendly, neat and social hostess. we were very warmly received by her and received clear explanations about the area Christa even went to get us another coffee maker. We had a truly lovely and memorable experience staying at Marylene’s lovely home. She is a wonderful, generous and welcoming host. Marylene even offered to pick us up and drop us off in her car from the bus station, which was incredibly thoughtful since we had couple of suitcases to lug around. The home is located in a scenic and beautiful spot; we fell in love with it the moment we arrived. It’s cozy and very comfortable for two people for short stays, the space is ideal for one person for longer stays. It’s also accessible on foot to the city centre and there are couple of bikes in her shed that she readily offers for your use. Although we only stayed one night, Marylene’s place made us wish we had more time there, and explore the many walking trails around Malmedy. You can really feel the love and care she’s put into creating such a warm, inviting home. Must stay!

First and foremost, our stay got off to a great start with how warmly Ann received us. She took me on a tour of the house, explained all the details well, and shared some tips on what to do, where we could find restaurants, and how to get around Genk. We were impressed with Ann's hospitality and responsiveness to our messages the entire weekend. As a result, our stay was extremely comfortable. The house was even better in person, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant, tasteful decor, and modern finishes. I highly recommend staying at the apartment, and I am sure you will walk away with the same memorable experience we had.
