Stunning place and would definitely come back. The house is self cooling however does not have a traditional air conditioner that allows you to adjust temperature. This wasn’t an issue however it is something to be mindful of if you are very sensitive to heat. Overall the place is an oasis unlike any I’ve stayed in before and the wineries and towns surrounding it are amazing.

Very spacious house with lots of light, with a beautiful interior terrace that provides a lot of privacy, where you can rest, read, dine, have a barbecue..... The whole house is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen (very important). A lot of peace in the village, where you can go on walks and hikes to disconnect and relax. Parking at the foot of the house. We slept in luxury, which we value very much. Communication with the host was very smooth and pleasant. Just over 20 minutes from the city of Burgos. Undoubtedly to be repeated.

Hello, everyone and all!! We just spent a spectacular weekend in Las Merindades, in Raquel's incredible house. First of all, I should point out that it was a surprise getaway for my partner, for her 30th birthday. From the beginning, Raquel was a lovely person, helping me with everything, offering me plans and help with anything that came up. She left us a letter with congratulations included and two chocolate muffins! The house is even better than the photos, the garden is huge, with hammocks, a barbecue, plenty of space for our dog (he had a great vacation), many trees and shade, a porch with an unbeatable table for breakfast and dinner; the house inside is absolutely amazing, impossible not to fall in love, we loved even the smallest detail! I don't want to say goodbye and recommend this house, without first thanking our host and telling you that Raquel is 10/10, her and the stay of course! Don't miss Frías, Puentedey, Tobera and Ruinas de Rioseco!!

From booking to arriving Nerea was very helpful and we had to make a few alterations of which she was great to deal with, responded to my queries and put us at ease. On arrival we were met by her Father who is a very nice man and he showed us around, what everything does and where everything was, we also asked some advice about our journey and he was very helpful, obviously a bit of a language barrier but he was patient, understanding and helpful. The house itself is set in such a beautiful location, the scenery is breath-taking and we felt at home straight away, everything you need is a drive away but easy. I would highly recommend, a superb Host and a superb property Would most defiantly look at re visiting again and would have no hesitation in booking here again.

Sergio was a great host, very helpful and with excellent communication at all times. We have been 3 families in your house, in total 9 people, very comfortable. The house has everything that is described, with 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and the garden is especially noteworthy. It's a real luxury to eat in that wonderful garden!! A very well prepared place, where you can enjoy as a family. Lots of details, everything was very clean, very new and nice. The service was unbeatable, they were always attentive to make sure everything was great. Highly recommended!!! The setting is also wonderful.

My husband and 3 month old daughter and I had a great time at villas. The views of the vineyards were amazing and we enjoyed sitting out in the large garden or in the living area watching the view. We did the wine tasting which we would highly recommend and also took many recommendations for excellent restaurants nearby in the gorgeous towns and villages. During our stay our villa had a problem with air con whilst it was 34 degrees outside. Everything was done to help us and we were allowed to move villa to one with working air con for the duration of our stay. The views were better than the pictures and overall we had a fantastic stay.
