Comfy retreat

My house is cosy, well decorated modern open space , spacious and with natural bright light. The kitchen has nice fittings topped with high quality marble and equipments. The main bedroom is very spacious with modern shower and bathtub. All bedrooms are self contained. A study room close to the main bedroom is additional facility. The veranda opens on a well maintained green garden with a top roof balcony. The whole house is equipped with spots lights giving beautiful lighting at night.

A functional kitchen space features a dual-basin sink set within a light-colored countertop. Kitchen utensils and tools are organized in a ceramic holder, while a green dish rack sits nearby. The dark wooden cabinets below offer storage, complemented by the tiled floor and window allowing natural light.

Cozy Family Home

Great place with a helpful host and groundskeepers. The yard is clean and spacious, great for personal relaxation and quite airy. it's beautiful. Elyse was quite supportive and friendly. Absolutely great!

I was very thrilled to start my east African tour with Burundi and spend some time in Bujumbura I felt home away from home. The house was clean,quite with high security on premises 24 hours, a very friendly and charming housekeeper Ismail who was indeed one of a great help. Considering a fact this was my first time in bujumbura,Mr Katamara was of great help 1. He helped spoting places to visit and arranged my transportation for seeingsights 2. ⁠Made sure am in safe hands with my “chauffeur” who took me around to all places wanted to visit 3. ⁠Helped to spot this restaurant called “Bubbles” for coffee and nice cuisines eish actually with best dishes in the city. 4. His help Ismail even made sure I try their local dish “Ulowe” before leaving. We also had a great conversations about career, business ,adventure. Bujumbura didnt only gave me a host but a new friend too. This place is 10/10 minus nothing….Once you are in Bujumbura Mr Katamara should be the first host you to think about

Really great place!! It is exactly as described. I loved the neighborhood it's in, there's a little food mart at the bottom of the hill with all the essentials. There is a also a hotel next door that serves meals. The place is about a 30 minute walk to city center. Belyse will be with you the whole time during your stay, and she is truly the best! She helped me with everything instantly and communicates very well. A few notes: -there is no AC or fan, but I found it cool enough -there is no wifi, they just offer you a SIM card which is really nice, but my new iphone could not take a SIM card -The address provided on Airbnb is incorrect, so just make sure to have your taxi driver contact Belyse or Igor for the right location

A modern bathroom is equipped with a glass shower enclosure, a sink with a mirror above, and a toilet. A small exercise bike and a weighing scale are positioned nearby, with a plush bath mat on the floor. Light enters through a window adorned with an arch.

highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.

Solar panels are installed on a sloped, tiled roof, contributing to an eco-friendly energy solution. A person is seen working on the roof, which is bathed in sunlight against a clear blue sky.
