Transportation: 5 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes from the church, within 10 minutes to the most central area, supermarkets and bakeries within 200 meters, very convenient. The kitchen is especially good!Fully equipped with kitchenware and tableware, perfect for family living.The bed and sofa bed are both very good and comfortable to sleep in.There is a dishwasher and washing machine, large refrigerator, clean and tidy.The owner is warm and friendly and has a request.My family and I stayed for 16 days and were very satisfied!

We were extremely pleased with Jan's exceptional cinema accommodation. It was something completely different and we felt right at home and immediately played kicker. There's a lot to discover in their accommodation. The area is very good, a good butcher is just down the street, in the immediate vicinity great shopping, bakery, supermarket, health food store, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, etc. To the train station and downtown it is a bit of a walk or you can simply take the bus. Was super easy. But the neighborhood is also very nice and offers good opportunities to linger (e.g. at the hot spring). Jan was always there for us, the communication was good and caring. We felt completely well taken care of, especially since we had to get out of Cologne due to the large evacuation (bomb finds). Oh yes: unfortunately we couldn't find the TV station WDR, but maybe we did something wrong there. Otherwise everything is fine!
