The bathroom consists of a shower, sink with a medium front mirror, and toilet. Shampoo and body wash are included.

Churchill square is adjacent in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'.
