Hilltop Guesthouse #2

Our 2nd guesthouse is a 2nd floor unit in a detached house. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, VAST snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

The Grey Barn with Stunning Views & Hot Tub

The Grey Barn, a newly constructed custom home, offers the perfect base for all your outdoor adventures in the Northeast Kingdom. Ride your bike right off the property onto the extensive Kingdom Trails network. Burke Mountain base lodge is less than 5 minutes from the house offering easy access to the slopes in the winter and the downhill bike park in the summer. With stunning views of Burke Mountain, the Grey Barn is also the perfect spot to relax & enjoy the clouds rolling over the mountains.

"The Stuga" a quaint cottage with expansive views of Vermont's mountains and fields. A ten minute walk to Caspian Lake and the famous Willey's General Store. Enjoy hiking the Nature Conservancy's Barr Hill Preserve across the street and visiting Hill Farmstead's Award winning Brewery around the corner. Cross country ski both Highland Lodge and Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Other local destinations include Sterling College, Highland Center for the Arts, Circus Smirkus and Greensboro Country Club.

Experience this Bavarian-style castle set on 20 acres of manicured grounds with stunning mountain views. Enjoy the serenity of a private pond, woodland trails, bluestone patios, and a pond-side fire pit. Relax in the hot tub on the main patio, ideal for sunset-watching or stargazing, and enjoy comforts like air conditioning and fiber optic WiFi, all conveniently located near Jay Peak, Stowe, and Crystal Lake. Currently accommodating a Max of 7 Guests; Owners prefer single-family groups.

Tavern - Charming Loft

This charming loft on the third floor offers privacy and open airy views of the surrounding countryside. Complete with kitchenette, private bathroom, queen size bed, television, dining for 4, small desk area & comfy sofa chairs. Internet access. Enjoy easy access with this centrally located place. Pop downstairs to the Tavern for great food and drinks or call for room service. Noise Notice: Friday & Saturday nights a live band plays music at the Tavern untill 11 o’clock. No pets.

Lake View Studio

Cozy studio apartment with patio and yard that has a beautiful view of the international Lake Memphremagog. Dog & cat friendly. It is close to the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Jay Peak Resort and just a 10 minute drive to Canada (30 minutes to Magog, Quebec). Lots of opportunity for outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, sailing, skiing/snowboarding and more. Welcome to use the patio and fire pit (Please bring your own wood and buy local).

Michaud’s Homestead Stay

We’re on the snowmobile trail, close to the rail trail and Lake Caspian, and it’s a short drive from popular ski resorts. Hill Farmstead, one of the most acclaimed craft breweries in the world, is a 15-minute drive away. Michaud Homestead Stay invites you to come for the alpacas and stay for the peace of mind.

White Mountain Barn

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. This property is hosted by seasoned property managers to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The second story loft hosts two queen beds, blackout curtains, AC and a full Kitchen. The main floor mud room, with full size laundry, is a perfect for securing Skis, Mountain bikes or even a pet crate while you explore town. (two car garage is not included in this rental).

Spring Hill Farm, coffee & hot tub

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet & WiFi not always reliable due to rural area. NO PETS. Please don't ask.
