Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Villa located in peaceful surroundings however 5 minutes from Beaches, Bars and restaurants. “This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

The most special thing we can offer you is a place to breathe, where you can almost touch time, listen to the birds and reconnect with the basics. We are located 6 km from Villaricos and Cuevas del Almanzora, 8 km from Vera Playa, 13 km from Garrucha and 21 km from Mojácar. We like to share (whenever we feel like it ;)) and enjoy this place that we have been building and restoring little by little. Dogs, instruments, kids... are all welcome. Are you up for it?
