With its heated spa pool, sunroom, fire pit, barbecue, parking lot, and structure that is not visible from the outside, it offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere that is all yours. We look forward to welcoming you for a delightful getaway in the midst of nature. In accordance with lake protection laws, our pier will be removed as of April 20, 2026.

Our spacious safari tents are very generously equipped. We have 2 tents in total with identical interiors. This tent has an additional patio, 2 deckchairs & more direct access to the communal area. The other tent is also by the lake shore, but costs less & is tucked away a little more, resulting in more of a "camping experience"

The house is located near the famous beach of Agia Paraskevi and next to private beach (20m by foot) for unique summer vacations. The private beach is full of sea creatures (fishes etc). 'Kalliberry' is a remote complex with 3 old stone houses, located in Andros island. Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos started the Kalliberry project on 2014. Your hosts are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in this beautiful Cycladic island. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.
