Vacation rentals with a patio in Bupyeong District

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

This was our second long trip to Korea. Until now, we had always stayed in Seoul, but this time we decided to try Songdo — and the result exceeded even our highest expectations. Unlike Seoul, Songdo features ultra-modern buildings, infrastructure, and surroundings. We especially loved the apartment’s location near a student campus and Central Park. The park itself is a true work of art. Since I’m a programmer, I would walk to the park and back almost every day after work — it became part of my routine. Up until now, my favorite place in Korea was Busan, but Songdo is definitely just as amazing. I love Korea for its technology, cleanliness, and modern vibe. Staying in this apartment in Songdo was the perfect way to experience all of that.

Greater than my expectation. The location is perfect, the price is totally worth for what you can be offered: big room with all amenities, kitchen, fridges, 2 beds, ...everything you need for a comfortable stay. Feels just like home! Not to mention how clean and cozy the place is! 100/10 would recommend and will be back if i had a chance!

I had an amazing stay at 혜수’s place! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, peaceful, and with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. I specifically chose this spot for its cleanliness and the relaxing ocean view, and it did not disappoint. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal: very central and close to a range of restaurants and cafes, which made it easy and fun to explore the area solo. Plus, it was close to the airport, which was a huge bonus since I had an early flight out of Incheon. 혜수 was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always available to help. Even the staff at the convenience store downstairs were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway. The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

The flat is located really near the subway station, it was very convenient, also the view from the living room was amazing. We had a great stay in there !

Misun's place is wonderful. It is spacious, extremely comfortable, and quiet. Misun provides all the amenities you would ever need, and the balcony with laundry machine was a huge plus. It is very walkable to Hongdae with many good food options. We had a good time, I hope you will too.

Very clean and tidy, plenty of items provided, everything is brand new

Hongdae and Sinchon are not far away, and above all, it's clean and the bed is good, so I rested comfortably before heading out.

The house is beautiful and convenient to leave your bags in a part of the house before check-in to visit the surrounding area on foot first. It is very convenient to travel, to eat, to shop. 👍🏻

Martin and Amanda's home in Seoul is amazing. Perfect location for exploring the city, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with tons of great restaurants and coffee shops. One of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in!

If you’re planning a visit to Hongdae, this accommodation is an absolute gem that should be at the top of your list. The unit itself is stunning beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. What truly sets this experience apart, however, is the exceptional host: responsive, gracious, and genuinely committed to ensuring a seamless visit. I’ve stayed in various places throughout Seoul, but from now on, this will be my exclusive choice whenever I’m in Hongdae.

Good place to go to price was decent considering there was 7 of us. Super responsive host as well so it was easy place to stay at. Living room and outside balcony are good places to chill out as well after a long day, definitely recommend this place.

The host is really kind! It was a little raining and the wind blew, so it was a little chilly, but I was able to stay warm after checking in because you adjusted the temperature of the accommodation in advance. Thanks to you taking care of me, I had a great holiday with my parents:) I also healed because I saw a cute cat. I am willing to revisit if I get a chance!

Really good value The barbecue attached to each individual's home was so nice and comfortable. They also recommend good restaurants. It was comfortable because you told me everything in detail, such as how to enter! I had a good rest.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.
