Monthly Rentals in Bulusan Lake

Very much enjoyed our stay at Baia. The place was very nicely designed, the staff friendly and the dogs super playful. Didn’t come prepared to take full advantage of the really well equipped kitchen, so we’ll be sure to bring some ingredients with us next time. The bed was very comfy! Will say that the main road running behind the building can be a little noisy at times and the wifi signal from the main building was very patchy by the time it reached the cottage, so it would be nice if there was maybe a wifi extender. All in all though, very nice stay and would definitely recommend

The place is welcoming, has everything needed for the needs of an unpretentious tourist, except good internet, but this is a known problem for the big part of the Philippines. But Mila's assistants are extremely good, warm and responsive.

My family absolutely enjoyed staying at your beautiful home. The property's location is perfect, offering easy access to beach and stunning ocean views. Will definitely book on my next visit.

We were actually thinking of coming back again to this place someday. This stay was perfect, the location was private and the lot was huge (it looked better than the photos!) After we walked in, we already felt comfortable. The bungalow-style house itself was so stylish, we felt like we were in a different region. They have a pathway towards a private beach front, but there's also an accessible pavement to other beach resorts. The host was really friendly, and that if you need to, you can get necessities at a walkable distance. It was perfect! This place is definitely one of the best we have gone to, and we'll be back soon enough! <33
