The group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This place is 12minutes walk from Dmall and 5minutes walk to Bulabog beachfront. Its the only 4 bedroom Balinese style villa (open space design) with swimming pool, kitchen and griller in the area of Bulabog. The house is located in a residential area. Not very busy but still very accessable with etrikes and habal. Expect roosters every morning which makes you closer to nature while watching the sunrise set.

Handum Hillside Apartments is a green building with 360 degrees cross ventilation in all apartments. NOTE: Smoking of any description is NOT permitted anywhere on our property or in any public places on Boracay Island. We are only 5 mins from the front beach at Willys Rock Station 1 and 15 mins from the big supermarkets. Station 1 has the finest sand and widest beach. It is less crowded and where the higher end establishments are located.

Perfect place to stay in boracay 3-5 mins walk to the center (station 2) if you want to socialize and stay at home if you want privacy. Also near at other known beaches. Best part is the pool is somehow warm so no worries to swim at night. If feels like home! Definitely will rebook once back at boracay. Thank you so much Ms Jinky! Your place completed our honeymoon. Our stay at Shell Villa in Diniview was nothing short of perfect. The villa is tucked away in nature, peaceful and private, with the most breathtaking view from the balcony. Mornings were magical, waking up to the sound of birds and that dreamy scenery. What made it even more special was the warmth and thoughtfulness of the staff. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We arrived to find the kitchen stocked with eggs, milk, fresh fruits, and warm, homemade bread — such a lovely touch that instantly made us feel at home. They even baked us a cake for my friend’s birthday, which was such a sweet surprise. We also loved the private Diniview beach - quiet, clean, and just a short walk from the villa. It felt like our own little escape, far from the usual crowds. Everything about this place felt intentional, peaceful, and full of heart. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of coming back.

Unbelievable place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place and it was exactly as shown in the photos. We preferred a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of Station 1/2/3 while having an impressive beach view/access right from our room and this place delivered in spades! I do have a few small recommendations to make the room even more comfortable: - a few more plates/kitchen tools wouldn't hurt. Adding dishwashing liquid would also have helped - since the upper room doesn't have a kitchen, a usable microwave from the bar or even the room itself would have been a godsend - a small broom would also help especially if we have sand on our foot when we enter the room. Other than that, I would definitely want to return again to this place if we ever had the chance to return to Boracay again. I highly suggest to anyone reading this review to give Rica's place a chance.

The place is really great. Very accessible and there’s an elevator available too which is really nice since we have senior citizens with us. There were power outages but was really not a big deal as the building have their generator. The staffs are all so nice and friendly and would greet you all smiles. All in all, we loved the place and we had a really great stay in Boracay 💗

We enjoyed our stay here, the place is very spacious for a group like us. The host is very friendly and responsive. If you're looking for a less crowded space in Bora, this one's for you. It's walkable and is very near from different restaurants.
