Lim's place was wonderful! Definitely coming back. It's walkable to Legoland (which eases everything), only downside is the parking. It's a carrousel up! ai loved their pillows that I asked for the brand to purchase it myself!

Absolutely wonderful apartment that Zack has! We love everything about it, from the ease of checking-in, friendliness of the guards, security of the place, the spotless and spacious apartment, the amazing view to the serenity and quietness offered by the area ❤️ Things that also stand out to us are how responsive, helpful and flexible Zack was with the checking-in as I was not too mobile and needed a place to settle in earlier. The collection of keys and card are right at the security guardhouse, making things so much easier for access in and out of the building during our stay. The visitor carpark lots are located on ground level and P5 of the condo. Although the ground level lots are usually full, navigating the carpark is a breeze (we have came across a lot more convoluted carparks or carparks with super tight spaces in our other stays). Most importantly, parking felt super safe and secure. Our family enjoyed our stay at Zack’s place tremendously and will definitely be back again! ?

unit is easy to locate.opposite there's a massage place walkable. eateries are all walkable. will be good to give clearer instruction of where to park as there's deck A and deck B, took some time where to find the allocated carpark lot. Overall experience is good! recommended place to stay if u want convenience.

My second time stayed at En Azrie’s unit. Truly comfy, clean, & convenient. I love it here in Medini Resident itself because it’s convenient for me to drive in & out to Singapore as it’s nearby the Tuas Checkpoint. In fact, En Azrie did an upgrade to his unit utensils in compared to what we have seen from our stayed last year. For those who with elderly or whom on wheelchair I highly recommend to go down to the basement parking lot more friendly accessible ☺️ Definitely a recommended stays which my family and I will surely booked again for any Singapore trip 😅

Good place to stay as not near to jam place and peaceful night as not near to road. Nearby got Paradigm Mall.

Enjoyed our one night stay here and will definitely be back. Host gave clear instructions for check in and made sure everything was clean and ready for our arrival. This place was not only kid friendly with toys , games and even a game console but baby friendly too - cot, baby bottle cleanser, water dispenser, bottle warmer/ steriliser, baby bath tub were all provided. Very pleased with our stay and will be making this our top accommodation choice when we visit the area!

Host was very responsive and helpful with enquires. Check in was easy. Place was exactly as per photo in listing. House was in clean pristine condition upon checked in, everything was working well and house was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. The view of the house was also great! Facing the green forested area. Welcoming sight upon check in on a sunny day :) it's a peaceful area but you'll have to grab to nearby popular eateries but it isn't too far , alternatively grab food in was easy too. Would recommend and come back again if we are looking for lodging around the area :)

Appreciated Mandy’s responsiveness, before booking and during our stay too - with same day response and support. The place was generally clean with basic amenities provided and near the lift. We had a comfortable stay overall. It’s a good base - walkable to Midvalley Shopping Mall via the back (about 15min relaxed walk).

I had a very comfortable stay here. The place is well maintained and clean, with everything I needed for a smooth visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially regarding the lift issue, which Lynette is clearly aware of and managing attentively. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for the price, good location, close to food and shops. Fast WIFI, clean house, many facilitates. Extremely close to CIQ. My friends and I really enjoyed staying there. For the price I paid I am more that satisfied with what was offered and I would be happy to recommend this place to others. Would visit again.

The building look rather dim and old from the exterior, however, the unit says otherwise. The unit is clean, neat and spacious. The beds and pillows are very comfy, however the sofa & sofa bed seems to be too soft and sink in. Netflix on the TV is not updated hence not able watch Netflix. The unit near to Mt Austin where very happening at night. Walking to Mt Austin is possible but expected about maybe 15min walk thou. Host is very responsive, sent texts to ensure smooth check in & check out. Host has a helper, Uncle Choi to oversee the unit. Uncle Choi sent texts and videos to guide the check in. Sorry Uncle Choi, you sleep late that night as we check in near midnight. Overall we very satisfied, highly recommended.

Our second stay with Ben. His apartment provided everything we needed, washer/dryer, 2 toilets, many beds, each bed comes with hard pillow and soft pillow. Even had an enclosed balcony which gave us extra space, as well as a large TV to enjoy shows. The wifi was a bit spotty, but he told us way in advance so we were not surprised. Anyway it helped me limit my children’s screen time My go-to apartment every time we are at paradigm mall!

Nice place, free coffee and snacks. Fuss free check in, register for QR code at the lobby or guard post, and able to access freely for both walking and driving.

The place was so cosy, we wished we stayed longer! Everything was exactly like the pictures and kept really clean. The host is really responsive and clear with their instructions on how to check-in and check-out. The location is also really ideal. Highly recommend!

Uncle Paul is a magnificent host with great amenities in his apartment. Easiest check in by far compared to the traditional mailbox collection style. Area is nice and chilly and i will defo come bk here!

Rory’s place was an ideal respite for our family. The location was ideal, near our favourite restaurants and easy to get to anywhere. Listing and instructions were all as stated. Rory and Jack ensured that our inquiries were responded to. Comfy place for our family of 6 to rest, play and unwind.

The stay was exactly like the pictures, very beautiful and comfortable and the bathtub was such a nice treat! Sunway big box was nearby as well.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, well-maintained, and felt homely. Both the condo and place were spotless and fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the apt was beautiful, and the surrounding area felt safe and peaceful as well. I’d definitely stay here again!
