location was very far but the home stay was excellent and host was really supportive

The place is in a very premium location. Places like saheli ki badi and fateh sagar lake a walk away. The place is very safe and peaceful. There is a person always available for your needs and a cleaner who is there during day time. The host was available to check and ensured we get good breakfast. Overall a good place

we stayed at khudala house over new year and it was perfect. close enough to the main part of town to be walkable to the main attractions and lakesides (20 mins) and easy to get an auto rickshaw (5 mins). the three rooms are very large and comfortable, each with ensuite and plenty of hot water. breakfast is served at your preference in a separate dining area (inside or outside) that is private to us, along with an outdoor sitting area and garden - we didn't use because it was quite cool in the evening. dhananjai was lovely, instantly responded to any requests and was generous with advice of where to go, and is generally a cool guy and traveller. didn't get to use the restaurant also owned by the family but it looked wonderful. would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Tarun is an exceptional host who ensured our arrival was seamless by providing clear communication and a warm welcome. From the moment we stepped in, we felt at home. The house is beautifully maintained and spacious, with three comfortable rooms, a hallway with dining , two bathrooms, seprate washroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you could need. Additional touches like high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, a running geyser for hot water, cozy blankets, fine linen, and parking area make this place a great deal for families or larger groups. Tarun went above and beyond during our stay. He not only suggested fantastic places to visit but also helped us refine our itinerary, saving us valuable time. To top it off, he treated us to delicious poha and tea the next morning, adding a personal touch that truly made this place feel like home. We are humbled by Tarun’s hospitality and couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Udaipur. It’s an experience

We recently stayed at Family Vacay Resort, Udaipur, for three nights and four days with a group of 16 people, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The property is stunning, with a beautifully maintained garden where we held multiple sessions and enjoyed cozy bonfire night under the stars. The rooms were impeccably clean, thoughtfully decorated with beautiful artwork. A special mention goes to Usha Ji, who took exceptional care of us throughout the stay. The delicious homemade breakfasts and lunches were a highlight, made even better by the fresh produce sourced directly from their kitchen garden. The location is nestled in the heart of Udaipur yet blissfully shielded from city noise and traffic. The expansive lawn was alive with the cheerful sounds of chirping birds and playful squirrels. If I ever return to Udaipur, Family Vacay Resort will undoubtedly be my first choice. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, beauty, and heartfelt hospitality.

This place felt like home from the moment we reached there. We reached 1.5 hr early and cleaning was still in progress, still Sam allowed us in. He also gave great recommendations of which places to visit and also gave contacts of local auto which made our life easier. All in all it is a great place to stay and I would like to recommend it to others as well.

It was clean and tidy. Running Hot water. Kids played throughout the stay and enjoyed a lot. We stayed for 2 nights.

Ranveer and his family were wonderful hosts. We were a group of 6 and all had private rooms with ensuite’s. it was right in the heart of the most beautiful part of Udaipur and walking distance to everything. Highly recommend to fellow travellers

The apartment was very well maintained, all small details like linen, crockery, towels were taken care of. House help Raaj was very friendly and served wholesome delicious breakfast. Vijaya was always quick to respond to msgs which made the overall stay very comfortable. She was flexible with late checkout(depending on next guest arrival). It was a peaceful surrounding yet right in the middle of city so everything was at walking distance

Great place to stay… the terrace sitting was good and we enjoyed fireworks from terrace on New Year’s Eve. The only thing to keep in mind are the stairs. Although it doesn’t matter much but people coming with elderly should keep this in mind. Many places at walkable distances. Liked the well kept place.

Very kind and welcoming family. You can count on them if you need any help and all your belongings are totally safe. Great breakfast! Great beds! Very clean house and drinkable water. Sheets and towels smell good. A bit away from the center but it's not a good opportunity to discover the non touristic areas on the way to the center. We were very happy. Thank you!

Jai Villa HomeStay....Indeed a home away from home. As we reached Udaipur, our booking got cancelled for some reason & they came in as a blessing in disguise. What impressed us was the interiors and how thoughtfully the place has been built up! The view from the terrace is breath-taking and it was amazing to have spend quality time with our pet up there especially during the sunset time!The hospitality and the warmth of our hosts Devendraji and Uma ji was out of the world. We travel the country & today we can proudly say, "We have a home now @Udaipur!" All Thanks to our gracious hosts:)

This is a wonderful guest house surrounded by nature just outside Udaipur. We really enjoyed the quietness and the pool side. Our room was very clean and spacious. Jyoti is a great host and extremely attentive. We can very much recommend the Devra guest house and would love to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely loved our week-long stay at Aashiyana in Udaipur! Vishal and his family made us feel right at home, and Marshall, their adorable dog, added extra joy to our stay. The homemade gajar halwa was a delicious treat. Our spacious terrace room provided the perfect spot to soak up the winter sun. Highly recommend this cozy homestay for a memorable stay in Udaipur!

We had a great time staying at Raghav's place. Raghav was very friendly and supportive in every way from giving us a late checkout to arranging scooties for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The place is located in the center close to all the tourist spots and the station. Last but not the least, We will miss Gracy, Mishri and Ruby, they are Raghav's dogs and are very playful and calm. Totally recommend this homestay for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Udaipur.

Superb stay, felt like home. Mr.dilpat singh chauhan was superb at his hospitality. Zero interference by host and mrs. chauhan was so kind . we had breakfast at last day of our departure that was so delicious like home only that's a must try. Good vibes and peaceful environment. Go ahead you will never regret staying at this place.

it was very good experience to stay at this location, within 3 km to 5 km distance good places to visit.if you are looking for peaceful stay it's for you. for breakfast limited choises but in taste it was superb ( we tried pyaj Paratha, aloo Paratha, poha & upma)& tea was very nice.host & bell boy Dinesh was very supportive & every service was very quick. from two wheeler rent to outside cab provided by host & Dinesh thanx for it.cab was reasonable then any other tour operator and driver having very good driving skill we visited nathdwara & kumbhalgarh. overall very nice stay.i will recomend for them who is searching for the peaceful stay slightly away from the crowd. overall I enjoyed stay here thanks chandrabhan & Dinesh.
