The apt is newly built and never been occupied. Intended only for guest home stay. It’s a 3 storey bldg with parking space in a quiet neighborhood. It’s within Dagupan City and 3-5 mins drive to city proper, Jollibee and SM Mall. Near Higher Educational Institution-PIMSAT Colleges. 5 mins walk to 7 Eleven and around 50 mtrs away fr the highway where public transport by bus or local jeepneys are available.

What we loved most about our stay was the beachfront location and the fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, providing extras like an additional bath mat, kitchen mat, trash bags, and drinking water. The internet was fast, and having Netflix was a great bonus—perfect whether you're working remotely by the beach or relaxing indoors with a movie.

Rich is a wonderful guest and an amazing person. We needed a place to stay last minute because we couldn’t drive with the heavy rain. Rich and Star replied immediately and welcomed us a few minutes later. They were so kind that they even gave us a hair dryer to dry our clothes (we were soaking wet 😅). So yeah we had a great experience with them and we definitely recommend it to everybody!!

Had a great time at this resort! Check in was seamless and the staff helped with our bags when they showed us to our room, which was beautiful. The place was beautiful too! The pool is pretty (although the water was cold), the gazebo, the dining villa, and the view deck were beautiful. Right next is this great underrated cafe/restobar, Inaro, with the most amazing sinigang I’ve ever had. The free breakfast was great too. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had an amazing time, will definitely come back here. Underrated gem, Lingayen.
