Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Buenos Aires

Claudia was great with us, always available and the accommodation is great for a large group. He gave us a lot of flexibility, which was perfect for us.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. Fantastic location, great house, very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants within a short walk. Our party of 6 really enjoyed the space. The pool table was a hit! Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Buenos Aires!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

The house is a typical Buenos Aires house, with all the pros and cons of an old house. Mike was a very friendly and responsive host, and every time something was needed he attended quickly.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Nicolás was communicative and attentive during our trip. When anything came up, he took care of it quickly. The apartment is located quite nicely around grocery stores, a movie theater, and the iconic Chinatown eating and shopping area. We highly recommend the apartment.

Federico is for sure a super host. He promptly responses and addresses any inquiries. The apartment is clean, quite, equipped with full kitchen with quality pots and pans. The location is also the best, surrounded with parks (our favourite Eco parque), close to all supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. Near bus stops and Palermo subway station. We had a great time. Highly recommend it. If we go back to Buenos Aires this would be definitely our place to stay again. Thanks again to Federico for providing all the things we needed inside the apartment.

Very well located apartment, clean, bright, complete kitchen items, good bedding, the care in the bath items, good price, but as a tourist city BA, there is no haggling, I emphasize the promptness, attention of the Homely Joy team and I hope you enjoy them very much, BA. Under the building, there's a wonderful empanada shop.

I stayed for a month and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Mariano is a very good host and helped me out with anything I needed. The location is excellent. In an safe and interesting neighborhood with many excellent restaurant's and cafes nearby but still quiet. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

The place is nice, the location is magnificent, it is in front of the Chacabuco park which is very nice and with an unbeatable area, the best of all Javier as a host, he has been the best host we have had in years, thank you very much for everything.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and very nice. The area is safe and in addition, in the building there are very attentive doorkeepers who are 24 hours. Cande, the host, is very attentive. He welcomed us very well, explained everything about the accommodation and I make sure during the stay that we will not be missing anything. Super recommended and grateful to Cande for the welcome.

We were absolutely blown away by this incredible home. Located in the heart of San Telmo, this 19th-century house is full of history, charm, and character. The high ceilings, grand spaces, and unique blend of antique architecture with contemporary art make it truly unforgettable. Every room is beautifully decorated and includes its own bathroom. The garden is simply breathtaking, lush, expansive, and peaceful. The 25-meter pool and gym made it feel like a private oasis in the middle of the city. What truly made our stay special were the lovely hosts. They live in a separate little house on the property and were the perfect combination of discreet, friendly, and helpful. Always smiling and willing to assist if needed, without ever intruding. We came with the whole family and had an amazing time. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience something magical in Buenos Aires!

The house is very well located, it is extremely spacious and the social areas such as the living room and dining room are very cozy. It's an old house and as such you have to see it, but it's worth it for the spaces and the number of rooms. Improving a couple of things would be great. Candela answered me every time I wrote to her and helped us a lot in everything. 10/10 service!

Gorgeous house with plenty of space for our group of four. I spent so much time on the terraces and in the courtyard. We also enjoyed the piano!

Juan and Agustina were very kind and always available. They made us feel at home. The property is even better than pictures, it is fully equipped and set with lots of love. Definitely recommend.
