Family-friendly vacation rentals in Buenos Aires

Marcela and Gabriel are fantastic people, the information about the apartment is accurate and the apartment is more beautiful in person. Everything impeccable and well thought out. Smart kitchen, with all the necessary and clean materials. The lighting is perfect. All my needs were met by Marcela and Gabriel. I thought I had forgotten an item after my check-out and was already in Brazil. I contacted them and they promptly went to the apartment and searched for the object. They couldn't find it and reported it to me. I found out later that the lost item was in another apartment on my way back to my city. But a million thanks for your interest in helping. I used the building's jacuzzi and it's relaxing after a day of hiking. The gentlemen at the reception are always helpful, careful about the building's security and polite in their service to people. Wonderful trip with a very high quality apartment. I'm planning the next one for the same apartment. Thank you for everything.

The check-in and check-out process was excellent. Victoria is very friendly and was always available. The apartment is very nice, bright, clean, stocked with everything you might need. Even though it's on a busy avenue, it's very quiet. Cleanliness, a 10. What else can I tell you, excellent in every aspect! Thank you Victoria!

WOW what an incredibly special property. We truly enjoyed our stay in the historically signigificant Cupola home- from family dinners, board games, movie nights, wine on the Terrace, and maybe even a family dance party or 2 in the cupola ;) it’s been nothing short of fantastic. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, 9 and 11. It is conveniently located on a busy street in Palermo, which as noted in other reviews can be noisy - we use sounds machines to sleep so it was no issue! We also didn’t mind the stairs in the unit to balance out our weekly alfajor intake ;) Our 11 year old enjoyed the loft room and our 9 year old enjoyed the bunk bed room. I took zooms for work from the kitchen table and the wifi signal was great. Chris who provides cleaning services was lovely, and appeared with local pastries ie media Luna’s and flowers for us. Truly a special and unique property ! Highly recommend, it made our stay in BA extra special.

Everything was perfect. We stayed for a week in Marcelo's apartment and felt right at home. The place was clean, spacious and everything worked well. The manager of the apartment, Belen is genuine, super friendly and proactive. The bed and sofa are both very comfortable. The TV is a smart TV with Netflix. The shower has good pressure and hot water. We did not use the balcony but it's very cute and spacious. The location of the apartment is very good, in between Colegiales, Palermo and Belgrano and close to beautiful parks, coffee shops, butchers, fishmongers, grocery shops and restaurants. The Chinese quarter is also very close walking distance for different food options. We will definitely come back to Marcelo's apartment when we come back to Buenos Aires. Highly recommend it!

We love staying for a month. Quiet location, conveniently close to butchers, supermarkets, bakery, cafes… We spent 33 days and this helps a lot, since we cook at home. Quiet place, no noise, but within walking distance of Palermo's bars and restaurants. As for the apartment, it is well divided and has everything for long stays, a balcony that makes a difference for hanging clothes. We felt at home, very cozy place, the hostess is a sweetheart. It's in our hearts

I really liked the apartment! Big, bright, comfortable! There is everything you need! Grisel showed us everything, where and what is, the location is super! This is the heart of San Telmo! I really liked it! Lots of board games for children, we played chess every evening! We will definitely come back!

We are very pleased with our stay! The apartment is super clean, the view from the balcony is wonderful and the location in Palermo is excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything needed to prepare quick meals. The heating worked perfectly, the environment is very quiet and the linens were impeccably clean and fragrant. Cynthia was an attentive, helpful and very flexible host with the check-out, which made all the difference in our experience. We felt at home and we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

The place is very nice for two people, it fulfills what it promises and is super well located. On cold days it's very cold, but that's not a problem for me, but it's important to highlight. The host is very friendly and welcoming. I would stay at this place again.

I spent a week in Andrea's apartment, I really thought it was great. Easily accessible, very well located, with different means of transport in the area, bars and restaurants nearby. Andrea was very attentive to everything. I would definitely come back. Thank you Andrea for so much warmth.

Emilio's accommodation is ideally located in the Palermo neighborhood. Many sites within walking distance, many local shops, several metro stations. The private terrace on the top floor is perfect and well-equipped as is the rest of the apartment.

We had a great time visiting Buenos Aires. Carolina’s place is wonderful for families, super spacious, kitchen is extremely equipped, super calm, quiet and clean. Great neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, playgrounds and markets. Highly recommend, super convenient. Host is super responsive and great communication!

The place is comfortable and has a great view. The location is strategic, close to the main tourist sites. We arrived before our reservation and they were very kind to us, from the reception staff to Silvio.

Had a great stay! Super cozy apartment, decorated, new and very clean. Full kitchen, there was coffee, tea and they also left water, cookies and chocolates. Great location, I felt very safe to go out and walk back at night.

Jesica greeted us and was excellent and punctual. He offered to extend the check-out time without any inconvenience due to a delay we had. The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Everything is very nice. I recommend it

great stay in buenos aires, lots of restaurants, shoping, museums and parks in the area. small streets in the area are worth taking the walking option, might miss some great stores and cafes when taking a taxi. you can reach most places with a chill 20-30min walk. uber rides are affordable and easy available. specially liked the big pool, its sunny there the whole day, perfect for sunbathing. landlord is very friendly and helpfull, great guy. its a lively neighborhood, so it can be a bit noisy from time to time, but nothing crazy. still had some good sleep there. would come again anytime.

Cozy oasis in a vibrant neighborhood. We loved our time here. Sergio is a great host, and we felt right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!
