Barn renovated into a studio, in the countryside

Take a break in the countryside and relax in this small stable converted into a cozy cottage in the countryside. This studio is attached to our home but is completely autonomous. Two ATVs are available. To go further, a car is required (located 25 minutes from Arras/Hesdin, 30 minutes from Lens/Vimy. One hour from Lille and the Opal Coast. Paris is 2 hours by car (or 45 minutes by TGV from Arras). Cross circuit in Ternois 20 min.

La Fabrique Apartment

Residence with parking (closed between 10pm and 6am, access by code). Living room/kitchen: 2-seater sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, electric oven, city gas stove, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, dishes for 4. Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 double bed with quality mattress, wardrobe. Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. (access to the bathroom is through bedroom 1). Mezzanine bedroom (under slope): single bed. Access via a steep staircase. Connected lockbox.

The Grenier de la Ferme de Villers.

Come and relax in a spacious place in the countryside with all the comforts and amenities within 5 minutes by car. Walks, caves, Bapaume underground. Come and visit South Artois, close to the history of the First World War, the Battle of the Somme and the Vimy Ridge. In a triangle between Amiens, Cambrai and Arras, you will discover the various museums and hikes. Amiens, the Hortillons, its macaroons, the Bêtises de Cambrai, Arras and its large squares.

Le Flamand Bleu

Welcome to Flamand Bleu, an apartment with decor inspired by Flanders and travel. Located close to the shopping streets and about ten minutes from the squares of Arras, the studio has been designed to offer a warm and soothing atmosphere. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a business stay or a discovery of the region! Place des Héros is a 12-minute walk (850 m), the train station is 17 minutes (1.2 km). Restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk.

Les Galets 1, in the heart of nature

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Les Galets is a beautiful cottage in the middle of the Picardy countryside. Between Amiens and Arras, this cottage is perfectly located for visiting the World War I memorial sites of Somme and Pas-de-Calais. Surrounded by fields and greenery, it invites you to hike, bike or relax in the enclosed garden. Les Galets is divided into two refurbished cottages, fully equipped.

6-person gîte - A l'Ombre du Laurier

Independent gîte built in 2022 in an old 80 m² stable, with secure parking in a closed courtyard. Quiet and peaceful environment. Regular presence of our horses. Located 15 minutes from the Château de Couturelle, 25 minutes by car from the historic center of Arras and its train station. 5 minutes by car from small shops. 40 minutes from Louvre Lens, 50 minutes from Amiens, 1 hour from Lille.

Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation. This studio of about 20 m² is conveniently located in close proximity to the train station, the Faculty of Artois, and about a 10-minute walk from the city center. It is equipped with a coffee machine, a combined washing machine/dryer, and will be perfectly suited to all types of stays, whether professional or romantic!

"Alfalfa" studio on the farm

Located in the courtyard of an active farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai, 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.

Berles au Bois, small quiet and green village in the Hauts de France, is located 20 minutes from Arras and halfway between the historical sites of Vimy, Lorrette, Thiépval and Beaumont Hamel. Built in the 19th century by my triaizers, my fully renovated white stone farmhouse will offer you comfort and well-being.
