Almost 900 sq ft of VERY Clean, Very private, brand new, full kitchen, full bath, large bedroom, can sleep up to 4, 2 TVs, plenty of closet space, close to Baylor, Scott, & White. Floors steam cleaned, tiled throughout, everything sterilized. Private entrance, plenty of parking for about anything. Queen Bed, Full size Futon, Queen blow-up mattress, and 2 couches. 3 seperate spaces. The unit is attached to the rest of the home but there is a door that separates it and locks from both sides.

Starlight Cabin~Peaceful Countryside w/ Longhorns

The Starlight Cabin is the actual guest house for a working Longhorn cattle ranch. Although not a large acreage by Texas standards (48 acres,) this special location is perfect for those who wish to get out and away from the usual crowds. It is peaceful and isolated. This is a pet friendly property, and we do charge a $50 one time fee for pets (no exceptions). This fee covers 1 or 2 pets, and helps us keep this place available for guests with furry family members.

We stayed at this beautiful property last weekend and my kids have decided it is now their favorite stay of all time. We’ve traveled to some exotic and some fancy locations, but this property was exactly what we were looking for: quiet, peaceful surroundings, a short drive from home, but entirely removed. We loved the quiet, peaceful setting and privacy, while enjoying the swimming pool and fishing pond and the downtime. All you hear outside is tbe sounds of nature. The property was just as described, very spacious and comfortable, comfy beds, beautiful gourmet kitchen, living areas and outdoor spaces. We got instacart to deliver some groceries, but brought the bulk with us from home. I recommend to get anything you need before getting there as it is a bit out of the way and can be harder to find after dark. Jimmie was such a graceful host and was on hand for anything we needed, while allowing for privacy. We felt right at home, it was hard to leave but we plan to come back and stay

Really nice spot that has everything you need for a short vacay or an extended stay. Located in a quiet, peaceful area next to a lake. Everything is as you see it in the pics. It’s also nice to have hosts that are super responsive with any questions you may have during your stay. Highly recommend.

Dan and Avis were the ultimate host the sanctuary that they built in their backyard is truly breathtaking. Wonderful place to get away highly recommend you pay them a visit.

This was a perfect spot to stay while visiting Temple for a graduation weekend! It is conveniently located near downtown Temple. We enjoyed a nice walk to a lively restaurant downtown on Friday evening. The space was perfect with extra linens and everything we needed for a quick weekend stay. I'm a bit of a clean freak and see dirt if there's dirt to be seen, but Chris's space was spotless! Would recommend and would stay here again!
