This is a very nice and clean apartment. Communication was quick and easy. There is a lot of road traffic noise but there is a sound machine for sleeping. Overall it was perfect for our visit. Loved having a garage for our car.

Host was super helpful and super nice! It was a great stay had everything we needed. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. Felt cozy and safe! Would highly recommend!

Derek was great and very helpful! Gave lots of recommendations on things to do and the location is walkable to downtown phoenix.

Check in went smoothly, apartment is really nice and right near a few bars and restaurants. Walkable to chase field and surrounding areas. Apartment was really nice. Only thing you should know is parking is in the building across the street which was no issue with us (2 people staying) overall really nice spot, glad I stayed here.

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

Me and my family fell inlove with the place! It was the perfect size, and we loved EVERYTHING about it!! The whole setting, beautiful kitchen, living room bedrooms and especially the swimming pool! 😁❤️ I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Airbnb in AZ🥰 Thank you again!!😊

It is always nice to stay somewhere new that feels welcoming and allows you to relax. Vivian’s home made me think of the Tardis. Looks small from the outside but is very spacious on the inside. The hot water and water pressure are great. Beds are beds couches and seating are very comfortable. The pool is walking distance from the house if you Like to walk and the over all feel made our four hour drive to get there well worth the trip. Would have stayed an additional day if it had not been booked already. Next time I need to stay in Goodyear I will definitely be looking to stay at Vivian’s.

We had a great stay at this house, the photos of the property were spot on, with everything we needed. The location is fantastic with the accessible lakes, mountains and facilities nearby, all set in a friendly community. I had a fantastic stay at Carolyn’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Carolyn was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. This spacious, beautifully decorated space was immaculately clean, and well stocked with amenities. The private, peaceful neighborhood made for a restful nights sleep in the gorgeous master suite. The host made check in and check out a breeze, and maintained friendly helpful communication the entirety of the time. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the value for the stay. Overall this was a 5 star experience and we would love to come back!

Amazing! Felt right at home soon as I walked in. Very cozy and spacious. Nice neighborhood, very quiet. The home was clean, kitchen had everything you can think of. Looks just like the photos. The views are beautiful outside also and of course cannot forget the pool in the backyard! The kids loved it, they had a great time. Had extra pool floats and toys in the garage. Huge backyard lots of seating and at night there’s lights that surround the yard making it look so nice to chill outside after hours. Will definitely stay again !!! Paula was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Super nice and understanding. Quick to respond and helped with anything we needed during our stay. Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

Great spot if you're splitting time for a tournament between Peoria and Surprise. Place was quiet, comfortable and clean...matched description and photos. I would stay again.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)
