This is a wonderful venue for couples, families, and group gatherings. There are four bedrooms (K, K, Q, F bunk) as well as a hide-a-bed sofa and a futon in the living area. It can sleep up to 14 but sleeps 8 privately. The amenities include cable, Internet, pool table, darts, covered hot tub, gazebo, private pool, workout equipment, BBQ, wood burning chiminae, and outdoor sound system. Located within 15 minutes of both the AZ Cardinals stadium and the Mariner's/Dodgers spring training facility.
“Bradley was an amazing host. He had an on-site guy in case we needed anything, the house was big and amazing. He had a binder that had everything we needed to know and more! We used the pool, water slides, grill and hot tub and had a blast! I highly recommend staying here for your trip to Arizona!! Very sad to leave but it made our trip so much better!”
Guest house located in backyard from main house. Private entrance. The guest house has its own air conditioner/heater/king size bed/microwave/linens/Plates/glasses-all plastic because pool/towels/wifi/cable with HBO and internet. About 275 square feet sized guest house. Very close to light rail (about 10 minute walk) which connects mesa/Sky harbor airport/Tempe/Phoenix. Guest house is stand alone building. There is street parking available on very quiet street.
“Bryan's place is fantastic, and a great pool area!!! The room is in an incredibly peaceful location, nobody else around to make noise or to make a fuss. If you're looking to get a good night's rest then you have found it. the location is great, very close to the main roads, and freeways. This stay was fantastic and Bryan was incredibly helpful and kind. I for sure recommend this place, but just not too often :) because if this place is always booked up I can't stay there again.”

You are surrounded by charming historic homes as you walk the neighborhood. Close to local eats, parks, and museums. EVERYONE is welcome at Studio B!
“Patty’s place was a wonderful stay!! Definitely a cool place from the Arizona heat. :) The place was so modern and comfortable for me and my husband. Tucked behind the home, it feels so safe and private! The special touches were fantastic for us being out of town - local recommendations (restaurants, things to do, etc), snacks, shampoos/bathroom necessities, and more! We would recommend this to anyone! If we’re ever in the area again, we would love to stay again!”
