Perfect house for a large group, good soundproofing, two bathrooms. The house is spacious and comfortable. Very nice view from the window and from the balcony to the mountains. Good audio system and smart TV. Everything you needed was at the house. Well equipped kitchen, full oven, stove, large freezer. Lots of dishes and cutlery. The hosts answered all questions and were friendly, we were very satisfied

Our family (four adults, two children and a baby) stayed in the apartment for Christmas for ten days in 2024. It was our first trip to Serbia and Kopaonik. Right from the beginning, Mirjana was extremely helpful and sent a lot of tips and information about the property and the area. The apartment had a great location and was clean, tidy, cosy with festive decorations! Everything was a walking distance away, restaurants, shops, the ski shops and lifts! Although the building has a lift, the fact that the apartment is on the 1st floor (with a veranda!) was super convenient as we were travelling with small children. Our 5-month-old baby got a little sick, and Mirjana was swift to suggest the nearest paediatrician. Overall, our family had a wonderful time in Kopaonik and made incredible memories in Mirjana’s apartment!

If you’re looking for peacefull and cozy place, enogh far from rush and noise, but still very close to centre of Kopaonik, this is a place for you. It takes only 7-8 minutes by car to main garage. Kristina is very pleasant host and always there to respond for your questions. Check-in and check out are super easy. The apatment is spacius and everything was clean. My recommendation! :)

It is a private apartment in the big hotel what surprised us but everything, apart of the knowladge of English of the hotel receptionists, was great, nice spacious apartment, clean with nice bathroom.

A small, cozy gem! The space is beautifully decorated and exceptionally well-organized. Though compact, it is incredibly efficient, with everything an apartment should have. The thoughtful design and attention to detail made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a charming and functional place to stay!

Mia is a very kind and friendly host, we had a very pleasant communication, she was always available and it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment is very nice, and the location is highly recommended. We were very close to the gondola ski lift, with which we were on the slopes very quickly, but at the same time very quiet and close to nature. Anytime again 😊

Don’t look any further for a place in Serbia—trust me, Ivana’s villa is everything the 5-star reviews say and even more. We spent an unforgettable family holiday here, surrounded by nature, breathtaking mountain views, birds singing every morning, squirrels around the trees, and magical sunsets every evening. The villa is spotless, spacious, and fully equipped—smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube in every room, fast Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, a perfectly maintained pool, sauna, and a kids’ playground. The kitchen had everything we needed, including snacks, bottled water, salt, pepper, and spices. Each room was cozy and beautifully prepared, with plenty of fresh towels and soft bathrobes. Ivana is an angel—so warm, thoughtful, and always responsive. Dusan and Marijana, who live nearby, were incredibly kind and helpful anytime we needed anything. Security is excellent with cameras and sensors. We celebrated New Year’s here and can’t wait to return. Truly heaven on earth.

Considerate and enthusiastic Ivan took the initiative to inform us of our check-in before we checked in. We arrived when it was raining heavily. IVAN greeted us at the door and prepared umbrellas for us. The room is spacious and bright, warm and comfortable, and convenient for parking. The quiet living environment gives us a full rest. We had a wonderful day.

Everything about this trip was perfect! Marko is a great host, friendly and always responsive, he gave us the instructions and useful information about the place and surroundings. The cabin is cozy, peaceful, clean and warm, it has everything you need. The place itself is between Josanicka banja and Raska and with 10-20min ride you can find restaurants with great and affordable food. The nature and the views while driving are beautiful. We stayed in winter, but I’d say it’s a great place for a peaceful vacation any time of the year!
